Our

|
Canada,
according to several United Nations studies on the quality of life major nations, has come
out as the best country to live in.
G M Associates will be
coming out with many new services in relation to the immigration matters
and to better serve our prospective clients. We are constantly asking
ourselves "What more can we do for our customers? How can we make our
services even better?" That would be our way of saying thank you for
allowing G M Associates the privilege of serving your immigration needs.
|
|

Services: |
|
When the qualified applicants
decides to engage our services, they are provided with two sets
of documents i.e. Retainer ship Agreements with Written Guarantees and Refund Clause
and a full set of forms that are required for Canadian Immigration.
The applicant keeps one set of Fee Agreement and the other set
is returned to G M Associates - Canada for record. Upon receipt of signed copies
of the Fee Agreement and receiving the initial fee and filled
Immigration forms according to the guidelines provided by the G M
Associates - Canada , our immigration department starts preparing
the case.

|
Preparation of
submission package for submission to the Immigration Authorities: |
|
On receiving the bank
draft ( Processing fee for Canadian authorities), the required documents, forms, affidavits, etc., our immigration
experts prepare the Permanent Residence Immigration case for
the clients for submitting to Canadian Immigration Authorities. The finally prepared application constitutes forms,
documents, fee of Immigration authorities and most importantly,
a comprehensive Submission Report, prepared by our Immigration
Experts. Submission Report is based on the Immigration Act &
Regulations and is solely to illustrate to the visa officer as
to how our client meets / would meet the requirements for permanent
resident status. This report also clearly outlines the way our
client should be assessed. Selection Criteria factors are translated
as per the requirements. Translation of the Selection Criteria
being the most complex thing, is done by the immigration experts.
It is done in such a way that the best program from the occupations
in demand in Canada is matched to the qualifications of the applicants
to obtain
optimum possible success. This submission report
plays a significant role in the success of the applicant. |
|
|
|
Preparation
for the Interview: |
|
The most crucial part
after the Submission Report is the interview by the Visa Officer
at the Visa Office. The Visa Officers who by law are authorized
to issue the Immigration visa, have to determine the eligibility
of the applicant in all its facets to decide whether the applicant
would be able to successfully establish himself/ herself in Canada
or not. Some of the important factors considered by the Visa
Officer are: |
|
Transferability of educational qualification,
skills and training of the applicant to Canadian Job market/business
environment keeping in view the intended occupation of the applicant
or business report. |
|
Capability of the applicant to successfully
establish himself/herself in Canada. |
|
Assessment results from professional
bodies and/or educational institutions in Canada. |
|
Shortfall in qualifications, skills
and training as per the Canadian standards and efforts put in
by the applicant to bridge the shortfall. |
|
Knowledge about
licensing and registration for working in the applicant's profession
in Canada. |
|
Knowledge about job market in Canada. |
|
Whether the applicant is resourceful,
motivated and adaptable and whether he/she has taken initiative
to ensure successful establishment in Canada. |
|
Exploratory visit by Business category
applicants. |
| |
|
We prepare our clients thoroughly
for the interview with the Immigration authorities, since we
have complete knowledge about the subject. Clients are advised
and assisted in taking all necessary steps much before the interview
so that all above-mentioned aspects are covered. This is done
by Immigration experts while the case is still being processed.
Besides this, through our Immigration Department, the clients
get complete details about their field in Canada and the skills,
knowledge and education required in their professions. Well prepared
in advance, our clients go for their interview full of confidence.
As a result of this, our success rate is always been 99%. |
|
Medical: |
|
We ensure that medical
examination documents of our clients are released within the
shortest possible time. We also expedite re-medical examination
documents if required. |
|
Handling the
Visa: |
If there are any errors
on the visa of our client, we get them corrected so that the
client does not face any problem at the time of landing in Canada.Rating of academic qualification
obtained from developing countries vis-à-vis degrees obtained
from Canada.
Professional degrees of many foreign institutions for professionals
such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Veterinary, Dental Surgery and
many other fields are not at par with the Canadian institutions.
Both part time as well as regular courses are available in the
universities and colleges in Canada. Since the qualifications
do not match the Canadian standards and new immigrants do not
have Canadian experience, they may have to work at a lower designation
as compared to the designation they had in their country of residence.
Engineers may have to work as Technicians, Dental Surgeons may
have to work as Dental Technicians and Veterinarians as Animal
Health Technologists. |
