We are located ¾ miles North of Wauseon, OH on County Road 14 directly behind Walmart.
RENT OUR CLUBHOUSE FOR YOUR EVENT
Rental Fee: $450.00
Deposit: $225.00
The club can accommodate approximately 250 people.
We now have air conditioning and a new furnace.
The deposit and rental fee must be paid by money order, cashiers check or cash. No personal checks will be accepted. Your date cannot be guaranteed until the deposit is received.
A walkthrough will be done when the key is picked up and again when the key is dropped off. The deposit will be returned within two weeks of the rental given the club is clean with no damages.
Key pick-up is 8:00 a.m. the day of the rental.
**(The key can be picked up the night before the rental for an additional $25.00 fee.
Key drop-off is 10 a.m. the day after the rental.
We have a full kitchen for your use, however, you must supply all of your own pots & pans, utensils, etc...
Tables and chairs are included in the rental which you must set up and take down after they have been cleaned.
