Sharing with you my letter to the editor, regarding Israel’s latest outrage, Plan “C”

Dear Editor,

 

Frida Ghitis cunning “balloon floater” article (6/24/’07) calling for “Plan C” for Palestine is not only criminal and outrageous, but also part and parcel of an Israeli-Bush campaign to undermine the creation of a Palestinian State.

 

The raison d’etre of such a blasphemous proposal is to “outsource” two Arab countries, namely Jordan and Egypt, to implement the Israeli occupation, torture, collective punishment under Arab banners.

 

It was Israel’s continued refusal to recognize a Palestinian State, with shameful US support, that has led to the tragic situation in Gaza.  It is well-known that Israel refused to implement Oslo Accords agreements to link up Gaza with the west Bank.  It has been Israel’s Apartheid regime, expansion of illegal settlements, strangulating Apartheid wall, assassination of Palestinian leadership, destruction of Palestinian economy and security infrastructure that has led to this chaotic situation in Gaza and the rest of the Occupied Territories. 

 

If the Bush administration headquarters in Tel Aviv wants to drag the Palestinians to Plan “C”, it will be fully responsible for all the “C”atastrophes, “C”haos, “C”rimes that will certainly evolve.  It will also be responsible for making Hamas a solid leading organization in the West Bank and the Middle East.
