Appearance:  Standing at four feet tall, Tobu has the features common to all goblins:  Flat face, broad nose, pointed ears, wide mouth, yellow eyes, and small sharp fangs.  He usually wears tattered rags, as he lives on the streets as a beggar.  He carries a clay bowl with him to keep change in that strangers throw to him.

Personality:  Tobu is a common street beggar, always looking for a handout.  He's an excellent information collector, and gladly sells his info to the highest bidder.  He always watches the stars, believing they are omens of things to come.

History:  Tobu was born to a small goblin family in the slums of South Tennic.  His family went against the Golden Glove, refusing to pay their "protection fee."  The Glove killed his family, but Tobu managed to escape and survive.  Using his disguise and acting skills, he hid from the Glove until now.  Now that they have disbanded, Tobu has re-emerged from the shadows and hopes the stars will favor him and bring him fortune.
