Appearance:  Arvin is a 119 year old elf (just entering adulthood). His long hair is blond and his eyes are blue. He is of typical elven build--thin, graceful and willowy with pale skin and almond shaped eyes. He is very quick and nimble, with incredible hand-eye coordination. Normally he is seen wearing forest green and brown clothes, and he occasionally puts his hair in a ponytail or braids it.  Arvin's primary weapon is his short bow, which he typically has slung over his shoulder. Over his other shoulder hangs his brown quiver which holds his sheaf arrows. On his left hip is his sheathed short sword. Also, he has three daggers--two on his belt and one in his boot. He sometimes uses his forest green cloak to hide his face, in order to keep an air of mystery. He also has an oil flask hanging on his belt, in case he runs into any trolls, his species enemy. 

Personality:  Arvin (which means "Goldstorm") has a great love for all the woodland creatures and a deep and spiritual reverence for the planet. While compassionate and generous, he can also be quite the trickster when he chooses to be. Although he makes his home in the wild, the lifestyles of the human race fascinates him, so he often stops by Tennic to observe. He suffers from the typical Elven arrogance, believing humans to be a dangerous, child-race that must be properly guided, or else they'll destroy themselves and everything else on Amtar. He's also quite the dancer. 

History:  Arvin was born and raised in the beautiful Elven city of Nafisathvan. Like his parents, and their parents before them, he was expected to uphold the tradition of troll slaying in order to keep Nafisathvan's borders safe.  Although he is just now starting out his career, he has had extensive training in combat, herbalism, tracking and hunting. The area of forest he patrols is close to the bustling city of Tennic, so he often goes there to buy supplies or learn new information.  Recently, he has left his territory to help fight the Orogs and Trolls that are invading his beloved home.
