found, as well as to try our best to offer support. In no way is this a substitution for anyone not to seek proffesional help
to aid them in their healing processes. If anyone is feeling suicidal or wanting to self harm please look over the site to see if there is a phone number for your area that you call. We encourage you to seek an individual to speak with you, to help you through this difficult time. If you are not able to find a number on our site, look one up in your phone book, or call the operator and tell her/him your need and they will be glad to help you.
Please remember we are just the same as you, and at times we too need to seek out some type of crisis line to help us through. Please do not solely rely on the internet to help you through rough times.
