No Dog Left Behind

—Education is vital to learning how to communicate with our humans. All of us need exercise and treats on a regular basis. In order for this to happen, all dogs need to be taught the “how to ask for a walk” look and the “how to ask for a treat” look. We want to be walked when we want to walk and we will get treats for the asking instead of having to do embarrassing pet tricks.

Tough on Crime

—A nationwide Neighborhood Watch Program is something all dogs should participate in. It is easy when at least one window is left open in the house. Here’s how it works: when you hear another dog in the neighborhood barking get outside immediately to see what they are barking about. All dogs should have the opportunity to be the dog to stop crime using this surprise technique.

Clean Sweep Street and Yard Protection

—Is there anything worse than a dirty backyard? No. Is there anything more humiliating than those plastic bags filled with our daily do doo? No. I will make it mandatory for all backyards to be cleaned up on a regular basis and require all of our walkers to carry fashionable and discreet disposal carriers.

Dog Nutrition Program

—America needs to just say no to dry dog food made by corporate food companies. This food is not only bad for dogs, it tastes like the bag it’s packaged in. As President, I will ensure that all dogs are provided home cooked meals everyday. Proper nutrition will reduce disease and help us live longer healthier lives.

National Veterinary Health Care

—Too many dogs in this country go without health insurance. I will make it my top priority to provide health insurance for all dogs regardless of their human’s income. Annual check-ups and proper medical care will allow all dogs to nap well knowing we are assured of quality health care coverage.

Dogography

Clark Winslow was born June 5, 1999 in the backseat of a pickup truck. Deep in the Northern woods of Wisconsin, his beginnings were humble. His story will never fully be known. Only bits and pieces tell us he was the last of the litter to be adopted and still today, he will not go down into the basement. What happened in his original home will never be known. As a boy, he looked like he was wearing footed pajamas. Was he ridiculed? Was he isolated? While tucked in a small crate in the cellar with construction noise all around, this small boy was developing the courage to become a leader. A leader for today.
