Julia is mysterious, beautiful, and dangerous. Sound like another Bond Girl? Well, she practically could be. Except that she's fallen for Spike, not Sean Connery. You don't actually see much of her in the series, but she is always talked about and is one of the keys to the plot. Although embittered by the world of crime she lives in, she has a kind heart and is still in some ways very idealistic, although far from naive. She is quite serious, and from the flashbacks Spike has of her she is not much of a party girl.

Julia's biggest relationship is with her long-lost boyfriend, Spike. She also has a less affable past with Vicious, despite still working for him.
I don't want to be too mean on Julia... after all, she is Spike's girlfriend... but, really, she's so... annoying. She's never there in physical form (and when she finally does appear she... well, watch the series and you'll see what I mean). I consider her to be Spike's choker- she's always holding him back. Grr.
