Some
thoughts?
Music soothes the soul-all shapes and sizes. Music is a
form of expression, it is expressing one's self. Music can bring you
places you've never been before. Music says things you've been waiting
to hear. Music says things you cannot find the words to say. Music is
your voice that you were never able to sing. Music allows you to get
heard. Music helps you scream. It is loud, it is soft, it is screeching,
it is deep, it is high, it is long, it is short, it is ever-changing, it
is remembering, it is foreseeing, it is active, it is passive, it is
political, social and everything in between.
Should you be so talented as to play an instrument you
are all the more privileged to express yourself. I tried piano once. It
was short lived. I refused to take anymore lessons after I was chased by
a dog while walking to my teachers house! - Here's the funny part:
*smirk* She lived right across the street from mine- lol
