My Last Online Journal
I'm about to finish my 1st year at Gaidai and I feel time goes so fast. I can't believe that I have spent almost one year here. Through this year, I think I've improved my English skill, at least a little. But now, I'm not sure if I like English or not, and if I want to go abroad to study English. Since I came here, English has become something to study. To me, English wasn't a subject which I had to study before, and I just enjoyed communicating in English. So I thought that I liked English. But these days, I' ve been asking to myself "Do I like English?", or "What do I want to do in the future?" I don't think I was wrong choosing this university, because I had less interest in anything else than I had in English. But I just can't see what I want to do after the Gaidai.

hmm... its difficult isnt it? in a life time, people often strike a snag. you may feel you are lost and you cannot get out from the problems, but there will always be a solution.

how many people know what they are doing or what they want to do?
or how many of us doing what we wanna do?

life is too short. but there is no need to harry.
dont worry if you cannot see your future.

I well understand how u feel about, ?gwhat I wanna do in the future?h. At the beginning I was totally sure for myself, that I definitely want to study abroad, but somehow that thought has changed to ?gdo I want to???h Even for future dreams... I?fm sure that I?fll want a job that has English related, but still isn?ft clear what I really wanna do. This makes me really worry coz I?fve been thinking about this since I was in junior high trying to figure out what I wanna do in future, but didn?ft think deeply coz I thought the answer will pop into my mind by the time I?fm in Uni...although that hasn?ft happened yet.

"Do I really like English?" I've asked this to myself before too, in fact many times. I don't have anything else than English, but I happen to enjoy it not necessary meaning liking it, but I enjoy speaking and reading, writing, and listening in English as a second language...I think my interest lies on a foreign language, not particularly English. I just think how wonderful it is a language makes you to be able to communicate with other people...
