This is a fairly basic layout with a sort of bright feeling to it. I did this one in tables with 2 rows for links and a main row to make an introduction. To make this layout you have to make 2 pages, a index.html page and then a page called style.css (exactly) You can edit this page in any way shape or form but you must remember that it was made by me and be sure to put a link somewhere on your website.
