Piper Halliwell (I) is a witch, the middle of the Halliwell sisters and is a Charmed One. Her powers are based around the freeze or speeding up of time. Adam Kelly of Earth R kidnapped her to use her time-based powers to block people from coming to the Nexus or Center of Time. In late 2030, at age 57, she developed Parkinson's disease. Thus making her unable to help Earth A stop the Monarch Dominion’s Revolution Invasion of that Earth.

In 2034 (2076 Earth A time, 2009 Earth CA time), she teamed up with Justice League of Earth A to stop the Monarch Dominion’s Revolution Invasion of that Earth.
