Phoebe Halliwell (I) is a witch, the youngest of the Halliwell sisters and is a Charmed One. She is the mother of Justice Leaguers Adam Halliwell (Electro) and Phillip Newland. Her powers are premonition, shadowing, mind blocking and levitation. Adam Kelly of Earth R kidnapped her to kill her for her psychic powers, which in turn would led to the destruction of all existence. In early 2033, at age 58, she developed severe memory loss that one day will be diagnosed as Alzheimer’s disease. Thus making her unable to help Earth A stop the Monarch Dominion’s Revolution Invasion of that Earth.

Her powers are premonition, levitation, mind blocking and empathy. In 2009 (2076 Earth A time, 2034 Earth CA time), she teamed up with Justice League of Earth A to stop the Monarch Dominion’s Revolution Invasion of that Earth.
