Adam Halliwell of Earth CA is also known as the superhero Electro while in Earth A. Adam is the son of Charmed One Phoebe Halliwell and the powerful rapist warlock known as Dormmu. After his birth, Dormmu was vanquished by the Charmed Ones. This gave Adam the power of age changing, the ability to shoot electricity and an adult-sized knowledge, thus taking the form of a twenty-one year old man. Later, he gained the powers of super-strength and Super-durability, which later became invulnerability. During a battle against the Temporal Demon, Adam was killed by the energy discharge from an unstable time portal (the discharge is powerful enough to kill Clark Kent/Superman). However, a warlock took control of Adam’s body and used it to attack the Charmed Ones. Once the Charmed Ones vanquished the warlock, Adam was reborn and can only die from another energy discharge. Later, he vanquished the King of All Warlocks, ending his attempt at take over Earth. And after setting back evil hundreds of years, he was convinced to get into politics. Many years later and looking many years older, Adam Halliwell became President of the US. During his presidency, the existence of magic was discovered leading to a magical Holocaust (the events are covered in the Phillip Newland bio).
Later, he helped to stop the Adam Kelly of Earth R from destroying existence and becoming God by recreating it in his image. Unfortunately, during the battle the Elders from the past were sent a message from the future that Adam would kill them. So they changed the timeline by having Charmed one Prue Halliwell be killed by the demon Shax. However, Adam was not erased from time since he was in the Nexus of Time, where the battle against Earth R Adam occurred. This created an inconsistency that threatened existence. To fix this Adam grouped together heroes from various Earths and they killed the Head Elder Michael. This created an alternate with an Adam Halliwell but no Prue. That Adam they had to save Prue in this Adam’s reality and this Adam made sure Prue died in the new Adam’s reality. He later returned with The Source (the new Adam) and both joined the Justice League, him being the second recruit, after they helped them fight the warlock Darco. Today Adam continues, as the US President, to end the fear of the magical by normal Americans.
