1. Please make sure all sanction cards are filled out and turned in by today (9/16). 2. Sponsorship fees are due by the last week of the 1st half (12/23). 3. Please make sure that all sub’s fill out a sanction card whether they have bowled in other league or not per USBC rules. 4. Please select a team captain. Either make sure to mark him on your money folder and/or put a “C” next to his names on the recap sheet. The reason for this is incase a night of bowling is canceled the league secretary can call the captains, and the captains can call their teams members. 5. If you have a team name or your team is named after your sponsor, please either write it on your money folder and/or write it on recap sheet. 6.
