Francine is a very popular girl, known for her snobery and bullying she is not liked very much outside of her little clique. From the begining she takes a dislike to Katja and is determined to embarrass her. This drive pushes her to th eedge and Francine makes an attempt to assasinate the princess. From there she is expelled andplaced in a correctionaly facility.
Brutus Caster

A massive guy, Brutus has a face only a mother could love, and that's still questionable. He is the ogre of the school and likes to throw his weight around. But he's met his match with the Gundam Pilots. Later hired by Francine to beat up Duo and Katja, Brutus does what he's told without much thought of the consequences.
