Dekim Barton

The sinister head of the industrial cartel known as the Barton Foundation, which is based at the L3 colony cluster. Dekim has a history of involvement with space colony resistance movements, and perhaps even some connection with Operation Meteor. But for now, his master plan is to place his granddaughter Mariemaia on the throne, and he's organized a powerful army to carry out his coup d'etat.
