My #1 Rule! Have Fun!
No Cheating! You cheat i will have serious consequences.
You all start out with 20,000PL, $10,000, 2 item from the battling shop, and Lvl 1 attacks.
To gain Lvl 2 attacks your pl must be 500,000pl. To get Lvl 3 attacks you must be 1,000,000pl. Or look at the BattlingShop for upgrade details.
You get the what ever amount of Pl it says on the planets page under your area listed. Ex: If your on planet Earth and in the desert you get 100pl per day.
You get 100pl if you train self or with a partner every 10 mins.
For a battle winner gets 2,000pl, loser gets 1,500pl.
All Battles must be at least 2mins. long,and be confirmed by me.
You can have 1 wish from the Dragonballs, 3 from the Namekian Dragonballs,4 From the BlackStar Dragonballs,and 7 from the Iceballs.
BlackStar Dragonballs must be evil wishes. Ex: to be Majin, to destroy a planet.
IceBalls dragon balls must be Good wishes.Ex:To be Iceman/woman,to get more pl or donate a wish or save some one.
E-mail me all wishes for all DragonBalls so they can be confirmed.
You must e-mail me all the things you are going to buy.

All Tournoments will be held at the end of 5 weeks on Saturday. so ya'll better train hard good luck ~_O. oh yeah I post up the line up the winer will have to me or face Cyber Gohan so train and well winner of each match gets 500,000pl and $50,000 ok.It weld be held at 6:30Eastern,5:30Central,4:30western
