Goku, at the begining of DBZ, is married to Chichi, and has a son named Gohan. Goku meets all these strong foes, who in turn, try to kill everybody, destroy the earth, or seek immorality. Goku, through immense fighting, stops them. Every foe is stronger than the last one. Goku also enters into the Cell Games to defeat the Ultimate Andriod, and save the earth. He finally died while teleporting Cell to a distant planet because Cell was going to blow up. After Cell was destroyed by Goku's son, Gohan, Goku decided to stay at heaven for awhile. (Later, in the next season, Dragonball GT, Goku came back to earth as an angel.)
