Accomplishments
"Brandon's the President of Canada?" is what you'd probably be thinking after looking at the background. Unfortunately I'm not the President of Canada but the good news was that I graduated from elementary school (that's where the picture was taken from, graduation night).
I haven't done any major accomplishments or many for that matter. Though I did make it into Track in grade 8. I was a natural at sprinting but the problem was I never practiced running and it didn't help that I was cocky either. I retired my profession in track the year I started this profession because during my run, I was humiliated and came second last with the people from other schools I was running with. The fact that the 5 people there complimented how intimidating I looked before the run started. They thought I was a fast sprinter but after the run, they said nothing to me as if I was a nobody. I also filled in for one of my best friends for relay when he fractured his ankle during our graduation field trip to Muskoka Woods (I'm shaking hands with him in the background).
I remember during elementary school we held a dance (it was the last dance of the year besides graduation night). Every dance we had always had small prizes to give to individuals for certain reasons such as "best dressed". The girl I liked (also known as M - Chick) was also there and almost everyone in my grade knew that I liked her. During the one of the slow songs, I asked her to dance with me. After we danced, we were rewarded "cutest couple". I soon found out that the people who chose us rigged the contest (I knew both of them and they were somewhat close to me and they knew I liked M - Chick). The best reward in life is having family and friends.
