Brief Profile:

Kazuhiko was called upon General Kou to deliver a "secret" somewhere. He was quite reluctant to do any sort of favors, but after General Kou mentioned that he was treated nicely during his six court-martials, he began to see things her way. Kazuhiko's a brash, sarcastic man who doesn't mind making snide comments towards people, but he's not a cruel person--just a brutally honest one. ^_^; Despite this, he isn't a gruff unapproachable type--he obviously has a very caring side
