To Heart 2 seems to resemble the original To Heart much more then Remember My Memories. That being said, the story line isn’t particularly involved, so there really isn’t much to write about it. If you want details, visit Bluemist's blog. He’s basically the authority on To Heart in the blogsphere, having actually played the games (and blogging mass amounts of data on them.) Anyway, I’m finding this cute so far. I’ll continue watching, but I’m not sure if I’m going to blog it. I’m definitely liking Konomi. She’s adorable, kinda reminds me of Misuzu from Air. Her relationship with Takaki is also intriguing. At the moment, they seem closer to siblings then lovers, but I’m sure that will change as the series progresses. Another character who I must mention is Konomi’s big dog, Genjimaru(?). I happen to love balls of fluff that are supposed to be dogs. He’s no Potato, but I definitely wanna hug him. As for the series music, I like both songs so far. Also, there’s an actual ED animation. It happens to suck, but the original To Heart never had one and Remember My Memories didn’t get one until episode 10 or so (which is pretty pathetic, since there was only 13 eps.) I’m gonna miss Rio. See, even though she’s not even in this series, I still haven’t shut up about her lack of appearances.

To Heart Remember my Memories 13 (Final Episode)

Serio lets Hiroyuki, Akari and Multi activate the ferris wheel in the amusement park. As they ride it and finally settle things, the other girls and Masashi are prepared to fight the angry security guards. Serika intervenes though. After the ride, Multi brakes down again and this time it's worse. However, her dream did finally come true and her sister Multis were released on the market. The group graduates high school and Hiroyuki and Akari exchange the Christmas gifts that they were unable to give each other at the party, due to the various angsty events that took place then. Akari puts on Hiroyuki's ring and the two remain happily together at long last. Eventually, they fix Multi and then everyones happy. The ending theme also shows the future of the other girls.

Afterthoughts: I've been a big To Heart fanatic for quite some time, as I instantly fell in love with the first fluffy series. Though this series had awful animation and I know many people strayed away from it because of that, I was able to put that aside and enjoy the series for what it was. Though of course Rio remained my favorite character throughout the second season, I grew quite an attachment to Ayaka this season as well. Overall, I'd give the second To Heart a grade of A-. Good job for impressing me again. The raw I downloaded of this had a trailer for Magical Canan, the show rec placing THR. I'll probably be watching that one too, though I'm not sure if I'll watch it raw or wait for the subs to come out. Keep checking.

I'm in a pretty bad mood due to the fact that it's snowing. However, Rio playing a pretty important part in this episode made me a bit happier. Multi's run away to the amusement park in her angst fest. Luckilly, Rio took notice of her getting on the train. Hiroyuki, Akari and the others go on a mission to find Multi. They can't find her, but then Rio calls Hiroyuki and tells him what she saw. Akari puts the pieces together and the gang then heads to the amusement park. They discover a miserable Multi out an the rain. What could happen next? I don't know thanks to the stupid next times showing nothing but flashbacks. I guess they really don't wanna spoil the next episode. Darn.

100th Entry! To Heart Remember my Memories 11

Yay! Masashi and Shiho both got some screen time and significance in this episode. I miss them. In this episode, Masashi was trying to help out Akari. He likes her, however Akari can't return his feelings. Hiroyuki finally shows some compassion to Akari an this episode. Now we can all be happy... or can we. It seems like the earless Multi will be angsty now. Anyway, two things bothered me in this otherwise good episode. One was the fact that Hiroyuki was rather mean to Masashi in the flashback. In the original To Heart, it's obvious that he was a nice kid. He helped Akari pick up all her books. Also, when they were looking through the photo albums it showed the foursome as friends from a young age. As for my second complaint, I found it odd that they're seemingly pairing up Shiho and Masashi. I mean, Shiho liked Hiroyuki (but then again, so did practically the entire female cast) and Masashi liked Kotone in the original. I guess they're cute together but enough with the inconsistencies.

Topic: To Heart
The series is heading to a close and I have a feeling it should be quite interesting. This episode featured Lemmy, which is always cool. For one, she's the only character who didn't get to star in an episode in the original To Heart. Even Rio got an episode. Second, she's a fun character. It's amusing whenever she spouts out engrish (and less translation work.) In this episode however, we got to see the more serious side of her. I think that her actions in this episode have given me a new respect for her.

Cliffhangers annoy me (I hate to wait a week to learn things), but I didn't expect one like this. As of now, Akari's not on a speaking basis with Hiroyuki or Multi. Again, understandable but nuts. The very end of this episode particularly surprised me. Also, there's a new character named Yuusuke. I particularly like his character design, however that's probably because I don't have a previous design to compare his to like the recurring characters. I must watch next week's episode.

Though I generally enjoyed this episode, it just struck me as kind of weird. Multi met a new robot in the HMX-11 series, whose name I didn't catch. She certainly seemed to have some problems too. Other then that, Akari's becoming an angst machine (though for good reason) and the show's ending animation changed.

Topic: To Heart
This episode was good, in that it reminded me of the first series in more then one way. Kotone was acting more like she did in the original, which was nice. Also, it's just as repetitive. In the first To Heart, Hiroyuki would help a random girl from the school and make Akari jealous. Now Akari's been getting jealous in just about every episode. Also Hiroyuki helped Hoshina last week and Kotone this week, so it seems he's back to his old self. The preview shows that Multi is fixed, so that could prove to be interesting.

This was mostly a Hoshina centered episode. She got a new look too, besides the character design change. I'm not sure whether I like it. It's pretty, but I'm too used to the old one. Also, Multi is having more problems. The ending really surprised me, when Multi woke up and pictures of Hiroyuki were popping up and she said his name. I was thinking it was going to be a happy ending after the scenes before that with Hiroyuki and Akari and with Hoshina. Nope. I can't wait for the next episode.

When I first started this episode, I thought To Heart having a boxing tournament was the ultimate in ridiculousness. Actually, it was quite good. I'm actually starting to become a bit of an Aoi fan, rather then finding her to be boring. Now lets just see if they can get me to like Serika.
