Stomach One thing you can do that works really good is do crunches or situps.
I prefer crunches though cuz there easier and help more.Crunches are half a sit up. Do about 50 to 100 each night and work your way up.You can also jog. Jogging can be fun sometimes. All you have to do is grab a buddy and start running.

Legs One thing you can do is put your back against the wall and pretend like your sitting on a chair and hold for a while.Another thing you can do is squeez a pillow in between your legs. Its easy and you can do it when your watching tv on the internet or any thing. |
