Do you need some quick ways to zap that flab on your stomach,legs, or arms? Here are some easy exercises that will get rid of it fast.

Stomach

One thing you can do that works really good is do crunches or situps. I prefer crunches though cuz there easier and help more.Crunches are half a sit up. Do about 50 to 100 each night and work your way up.You can also jog. Jogging can be fun sometimes. All you have to do is grab a buddy and start running.

Legs

One thing you can do is put your back against the wall and pretend like your sitting on a chair and hold for a while.Another thing you can do is squeez a pillow in between your legs. Its easy and you can do it when your watching tv on the internet or any thing.
