Yes, the 'Thank You!' page will have advertising, but it's free! I was able to have my personalized (and I personalized it a good bit, adding fields) template up and running in less than an hour. This site offeres the option of free or pay memberships (if you pay, you get first crack at all new evidence, and the chance to question the 'detectives' who are amassing the evidence, rather than just brainstorming with other players.
