Return to Eternity

.....and then, out of the darkness the phoenix rose from the ashes,

driven by a love she could never know or understand,

driven further than she'd ever gone before,

above the earth,

above the clouds,

through the celestial world of the physical heavens..

and beyond the very stars that seperate her own world from the next.

thusly driven,

driven to the arms of a love that even time itself would be still for.

and here, here was she saved.

here was the burning pain within her driven into darkness.

here was she finally safe from the cruelty of the world.
