Duh! Of course I do... I run to and from the refrigerator & bathroom which work my legs, thighs, & ass.
Opening and closing the refrigerator which works my arm muscles. Also sitting down and getting up from the toilet works my legs.
Lets see... My jaw muscles are worked by chewing on food. My neck muscles from having to tilt my head up and down when I drink something..
Basically my answer is yes!..I do exercise! |
