7/22/02

Had a good day.I havent started taking any supplements yet though. I now have my pictures taken and put on the web, but they are not clear, so still trying to figure out how to get them on clearly. I am also going to make a page for fun, that will give details on the ways I see my body changing throughtout this challange. Be watching for the added link: Body Changes.

Okay. I got the pictures up but they are very fuzzy and distorted and make me look very skinny. I am trying to find a way to get them on the net and a way that they will be easy to compare from week to week. I also wanted to mention - They weights I am using is only what I have at home. So I am making due with what I have. I have only 5lb, 10lb, 15lb, and 20lb weights. As I am able to increase my weight I will by the next size up..ie 25lb weights. Therefore, since I am limited to what I can do at home. My weightlifing will vary from doing the BFL way exact. I do have a gym membership, but with my work hours, being a single mom, and coaching my sons soccer team, I don't really have the time to attend the gym. In order to go to the gym right now I would have to be there by 4:30am and I just can't seem to get up. So I thought doing it at home, was better than nothing... So on the days I actually go to the gym, I will let you know that. But right now they will be far and inbetween.

Putting my measurements up today. These are the measurements from when I first started. I will be taking my measurements every Monday and will try to get them posted within a few days after that. I feel very good about this. Alot of the things, I eat also are from the BFL recipes. Such as my pizza yesterday, and etc. Working on ABs and Cardio again today

    I mowed the front yard tonight also.. It takes 45 minutes and about kills me. That is also a good workout..( I think anyway)

At work they have moved me and my peice of paper with my measurements has been mixed in the shuffle. I will get these up. Still working on the picture thing. One my pc at home is just old and it is hard to get my pictures on, it takes for ever and usually doesnt work right. I just havent had the time to keep messin with it, but I haven't given up. I am still taking the pics, just not yet getting them on the web.

Didn't do a whole lot today. I received my FIRM tapes today, so I am gonna incorporate them in with the cardio and weight training.

Free Day

7/28/02

I did not exercise today on free day. And didnt really eat a whole lot either. Just lounged around and was actually pretty lazy. That probably wasn't a good thing to do, but it is FreeDay...
