Changes I am noticing:
Week 1-Day 5


Week 2

  • Overall Feeling
    I felt completely huge.. I just felt huge and bloated. I felt like I ate non stop for days.
  • Shoulders:
    I can see a difference in my shoulders. The only way to describe it is that my shoulder is starting to have a shape, kind of round, like a ball.
  • Biceps:
    My biceps still have that hard feel to them- I luv that!!!!


Week 3

  • Overall Feeling
    I feel much better after this week. I feel I have more energy.
  • Thighs:
    I can see a difference in my thighs this week. Not a huge difference, but they appear to be slimmer to me at the top of my leg.
  • Abs:
    My upper abs are appearing to be thinning out. They are kinda sinking in towards my belly area.I can tell my lower ab area (belly) is smaller, but it has a long way to go.
  • Biceps:
    Even though I haven't worked my arms hardley this week. When I look at my becep area, they seem to be more defined than usual.. (I hope its just not me wishful thinking-lol.)

Week 4
  • Overall Feeling
    Absolutely Great. I actually fit into some pants, that I couldn't button anymore for awhile. And I had a belt which I wore on the 3rd notch, a couple of weeks ago, I couldn't even get the thing around me... I actually had it on ( 1st notch though- but its a start)
  • Thighs:
    I can not only feel that my legs are slimmer, they look slimmer...
  • Hips:
    My two big lumps of fat on my hips are gone, and my butt cheeks are flatter, where did that huge bubble go..( WHO CARES!!!)

Week 5
  • I can I have lost inches in my thighs, They look slimmer.
  • I actually look better most of my shirts tucked in, now rather than hanging out.
  • I think my face actually looks better, I dont know as if it has changed or not, but at least I feel better about it..

Going on Week7
I have only lost about 8.7 lbs., and dropped a little in bf%. But I am noticing enough to where I need to work out alittle bit more with the diet plan. I need to keep my skin tight and toned. I am really liking my arms. Only now if they were more cut looking, and I like looking at my legs. It is a good feeling when my underwear is too big. I also went shopping for some new clothes, I grabbed a size 9 and a size 7 to see how far I was from fitting into it. I couldnt believe it the 9's were big, and the 7's actually looked better. Atleast most of them. Some were a little tight, but I hadn't fit into a 7 for a couple of years. I have been wearing shorts now that I couldnt get into before. Last week at work I even wore 2 old skirts and a pair of pants to work, that I hadnt wore in a long time either.. What a great feeling.. I already feel so much better about myself. Oh- I want to mention-my boobs are disappering- that part sucks. They werent big to begin with, but oh well, the price we pay to try to look thin.
