~ About US ~

We are a high school based guard out of Flagstaff, AZ under the instruction of Ms. Talina Norris. We are members of The Sinagua HS Mustang Marching Band. Our members are of the high school age with many different skill levels and backgrounds. Our group performs routines to a variety of musical selections. Our routines incorporate dance, flags, rifles and many other unique props. Our performers use color, movement, emotion and their props to portray a wide range of emotions/ moods throughout their routines.

Over the last two years we have had many great accomplishments as our program became established and began to grow. In the winter/ spring of the 2004- 2005 school year we trained our very first rifle line and completed our first competitive season in the WGAZ circuit! We received a second place rating at our first performance ever and had the experience of a lifetime!!

In the fall of the 2005- 2006 school year we had the opportunity to train our very first sabre line and we had a very successful marching season! We consistently received ratings of excellent and were awarded several caption awards at various competitions throughout the marching season.

We had our second winterguard season and were proud members of the WGAZ circuit!

We have some very talented members who bring lots of different experience and knowledge to the program. We are growing and learning new things everyday and love the challenge that competitive guard brings!
