The Maiden

The maiden signifies youth, the excitement of the chase, & the newess of life and magic. In human age she would be between 13-20 years old. She doesn't have a mate. Her colors are soft and light, like white, soft pink or light yellow. She also is associated with spring.

When taking a new job or planning to apply for a new job.

The first menestruation for girls / puberty on reaching the teens for boys.

The Mother

She stands for nurturing, caring and fertility. She protects her own and will ensure that justice is done. In human years she would be in her 30s-mid 40s. Her colors are warmer than the maidens: green, copper, red, light purple, or royal blue. She is associated with summer.

Project fruition and completion.
When child birth is near.
Strength to see matters through to the end.
Blessings and protection for the females who are being threatened by men.

The Crone

She is shrew and counsels well. She cares for the Mother & Maiden as well as their off-spring. She is logical and can be terrible in her vengeance. She stands at the door to the dimension of death. In human years shes 45 or older. Her colors are: black, gray, purple, brown, and midnight blue. She is the symbol of power and feminine authority.
