I first discovered this about 4 years go when I was being tricked by one of my foster sisters. She was a bit crazy and run around saying that Bettle Juice was in the house. I thought it was best to just play along to see what would happen. One day she told me to get a pen and a piece of paper so I did. She told me to hold the pen to the paper like as if I where to write but to hold the pen really lightly. All of a sudden I started writing but it wasn't me. I didn't know what was happening so I quit and never tried it again. About a month ago I found out what was happening. It's called AUTOMATIC WRITING. In automatic writing an entity from another realm brings messages through by using a writing implement, a computer, or any other means of communicating through the written word. Sometimes the messages come in foreign languages. Often the person does not recognize their own handwriting. Often spaces are not made between words, there is no punctuation, a picture or symbol is part of the writing. To Try automatic writing do this:
Get a pen/pencil and a piece of paper and sit down some where.
Hold the lightly pen/pencil as if you are going to write. Put the tip on the paper and just go with the follow.
If you feel the least bit uncomfortable with the entity or the information received stop!
Let all information flow! Do not stop to think about what you are writing / typing. If you feel that more than one entity is trying to write through you - ask them to take their time and you will write with them one at a time. Get a name if you want.
If you want to ask them something either write the question or ask it out loud.
