Graphic by My Eternal Delirium.
In the summer of 1888 a plague swept through the slums of Whitechapel, London. Only, unlike the clutching hands of a contagious sickness, this disease sort out its victims, selecting them from the crowd with a precise and meaningful eye. The five fatalities did not die slowly, nor did they die due to an infection eating at their flesh; they were disassembled, taken apart bit by bit. Their bane was no virus; no common cold made deadly by the dilapidated conditions of their life...it was a man.
A man that would never be found and who would later go down in history as ‘Jack the Ripper’.
