DJ Phae hails from Richmond, VA where she's lived for the last 19 years of her life. She attends VCU's Psychology program, aspiring to play with all your minds. She works weekly spinning for MIDNIGHT in Washington, DC (see "Venues" for more info) and has even tried her hand guesting in Baltimore, Virginia, and New York. She enjoys spinning synthpop first and foremost, followed by 80s, industrial, gothic and much more.

Having been in the scene since high school, her music collection is very well-rounded. Her favorite band is And One, followed by Beborn Beton, Melotron, Cruxshadows, and Iris. In June, 2002, she attended Synthpop Goes the World in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (presented by DJ Lazarus) and rocked out to the sounds of bands both new to her and old.

Washington, DC witnessed her debut on 09 November 2002 at the opening of Midnight. Since then, she has spun at Nevermore in Baltimore, Purgatorio in DC, and Bound in DC.
