Servants’ quarters are a two-story dwelling which is located behind the main house. The employee assigned covered parking area is within walking distance.

Tucked to one side of the property is the gym/pool house.

It has a modest sized swimming pool with an attached whirlpool. The sauna is at the back part of the building. There are two separate changing areas, one for men and the other for women. They come equipped with 3 individual shower stalls and three private half bathrooms.

On the other side of the building is the full service gym, which is mainly used by her security detail. It has a wide variety of machines for use in retaining one’s physique. A sparring room is available at the back part of the gym area, with the equipment necessary for practicing varying styles of martial arts and boxing.
