Lots of updates in the past two days to an old section on here after a year or two... or three... To the Orphen section! Moved pictures to the new directory in Photobucket, updated characters, did lyrics, and started and am currently working on the section for the "Orphen: Scion of Sorcery" PS2 game. It's a work in progress that's coming along nicely. Also updates to the Zelda sections, as well, including: Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and A Link to the Past.

-7/5/2009

Today a content update basically about the interview about 358/2 Days with Tetsuya Nemura. More information is revealed, and players of the Jap. version of 358/2 Days will know Axel's true name! Read more information below!

358/2 DAYS INTERVIEW

–When Kingdom Hearts II was being created; the story for 358/2 Days was floating about at the plot level. However, the story details hadn’t been established, only the setting parts.

Nomura: “When the 14th member appeared, would the players be surprised?” The idea of ‘Organization XIII’ had already been imprinted. In 358/2 Days, Saix expresses in harsh words the reason why it isn’t ‘Organization XIV’. Even though it’s cruel, it’s an answer which has been prepared for.

–“358” is the number of days Roxas belonged to the Organization, but the meaning of “/2” is to divide by 2, so the “2” denotes two people.

Nomura: Who those two people are, I’ll leave it to your imagination.

–Xion’s appearance changes depending on the relationship of the person looking at her. It seems that when that relationship changes, she changes.

Nomura: The figure Roxas sees is the same as what the player sees, but for example, when Xigbar and Saix see her, her figure is different. At first some people thought it was unnatural she would be wearing a hood and then not in the same scene, but I think you come to understand it as you advance through the game. People connected with a certain person see Xion as ‘Xion’. In the case of Xemnas, since he is connected to various people, he basically sees ‘Xion’, however sometimes he sees ‘him’. Who ‘he’ is, I want you to confirm it on your own. Xigbar also sees ‘him’.

–Will the relationship between Sora and ‘him, Xemnas, and Xigbar be revealed in Birth by Sleep?

Nomura: Please look forward to it. In Birth by Sleep, the initial Organization members appear, but I can’t say they play an active part. At that time, they were humans. Pay attention to Xigbar in particular. Although, when you think you understand his true nature… The mystery may deepen even more. (Laughs) He has a different standing than the other Organization members, there’s speculation about his original form.

–Xigbar calls Xion ‘Puu-chan’, coming from the French word meaning doll (poupée).

Nomura: I requested to Mr. Ishida, “I want him to call her by a nickname that parodied ‘doll’”, and this is what we came up with. Xigbar is hinting at Xion’s true nature from the beginning.

–At the time he met her, Riku was surprised to see Xion, even though he had a similar event happen to him in COM.

Nomura: At this time he noticed the true nature of her face, and knew what would happen, resulting in him telling her to leave the Organization.

–As for Xion loosing the ability to wield the Keyblade midway, it is because Roxas and Xion have a yo-yo effect.

Nomura: As Roxas gets stronger, Xion gets weaker. Roxas influences Sora, and Xion influences Roxas.

–The initial members of the Organization abandoned their hearts intentionally? Why, now, do they collect hearts?

Nomura: The reason is to have a ‘complete existence.’ KH1’s Ansem (Xehanort, stealing this name) had a purpose, and realizing that he had transcended being a human, turned into a Heartless. Xemnas remembers that purpose, but as a Nobody, ‘an empty shell,’ collects hearts to become complete. The other members of the Organization have their own expectations, but are there mainly for the purpose of collecting hearts to complete Kingdom Hearts, as only Xemnas stared ahead and made it a priority. It is natural that Nobodies, who do not have hearts, demand hearts, though it may seem that Sora’s defeating them is unnecessary, the Organization members don’t look for their own hearts, but collect many from unspecified persons, and use them instead, placing the hearts in a situation where they cannot go back to their origin.

–Xemnas’s goal will be further hinted at in Birth by Sleep, the ‘Room of Awakening’ that he is looking for is related.

Nomura: The person named ‘Xehanort’ appears in the trailer in various ways you might expect, but those will develop in ways that exceed all imagination.

Nomura: Axel goes to Castle Oblivion more than the other members by the orders of Xemnas to look for the Room of Awakening, he’s not plotting alone.

Nomura: Since before the beginning of Castle Oblivion, the ‘Room of Awakening’ has its origin. The creation of these are told in Birth by Sleep.

Nomura: It is a fact that Saix and Axel probably wanted to take over the Organization, however they didn’t understand what they were going to do or how to do it. As for Xemnas, he knew about this betrayal, but never brought it up. Generally, one’s conduct was for the sake of their purpose.

Nomura: It is a fact that Saix and Axel were acquaintances as humans, and that fact might be touch upon in Birth By Sleep.

QUESTIONS FROM THE FAMITSU READER CORNER

–This time there was no Secret Movie for 358/2 Days, because after the game, Kingdom Hearts 2 begins.

Nomura: Instead, there is an emphasis on the hidden characters and secret reports. As for the Secret Reports, the staff removes the names to make it more mysterious! There is only a hint to who wrote what, so use your imagination to figure it out! Here’s a list of the number of reports each member wrote!

Xemnas: 4

Xigbar: 5

Xaldin: 1

Vexen: 1

Lexaeus: 1

Saix: 9

Axel: 19

Demyx: 2

Luxord: 2

Marluxia: 1

Larxene: 1

Xion: 12

–Originally, it is Sora that gives Roxas the power of light to use the Keyblade in fencing moves. But it is because of the influence of Xion that it’s possible for him to use two at the same time.

Nomura: The Keyblade can be passed under certain conditions, but a clear thing cannot be said about that. The transfer of the Keyblade from Roxas to Riku at the skyscraper is related to Xion. Although it is the origin of the name “Xion,” the flower Aster Tataricus (in Japanese, 紫苑 “shion”) also means “forget-me-not” and “recollection.” And Riku received that, “to pass away memories.” When Riku gets the Keyblade, such meanings are contained in a flashback carried out by Xion.

– Although it’s a subordinate of Roxas, the Samurai Nobody attacks in the end, because of the severing of the relationship with their master, Roxas.

Nomura: At the time, it was in development to have a subordinate Nobody in battles, but because of the difficulty involved in making such a thing happen, the goal did not materialize.

–To the bitter end, it is not Kingdom Heart’s intention in itself to collect hearts.

Nomura: There is no difference between a “pure blood” Heartless, and the ones with the emblems, only the process of their births. But a heart does not appear from the pure blood Heartless. This is touched upon in Kingdom Hearts 1, and may be elaborated on in the future.

–With Vexen’s plan, and Roxas’s joining, Vexen’s plan took priority.

Nomura: Roxas being made from Sora and becoming a member wasn’t an intention, but it was lucky for them!

―Is there a connection in 358/2 Days between Birth by Sleep and Coded?

Nomura: At the moment Coded does not have any connections with 358/2 Days, but Birth by Sleep is deeply linked. Birth by Sleep has connections to all the games in the series.

―As for Coded, Chapter 2 will be distributing.

Nomura: From Chapter 2, the story becomes progressively longer. The story of Chapter 1 had the nuance of a tutorial, but from Chapter 2 item synthesizing increases, and after a stage is cleared, other side quests become available. Since linkage with Avatar Kingdom also becomes full-scale, please look forward to it.

―How is the development status of Birth by Sleep?

Nomura: It’s doing alright. You could say it’s becoming a confident title. I’ve kept you waiting, but I think some new information will be sent out during summer. Since the plan is to present a trailer showing off the game’s fighting spirit at Tokyo Game Show, look forward to it.

ASK THAT PERSON Vol.16-01

–What is the meaning of the ‘x’ in the Organization member’s names? Also, was adding the ‘x’ to their original names difficult?

Nomura: it was Xemnas’s decision to add the ‘x’. I think the meaning will become clear in Birth by Sleep. Think of the circumstances of the Organization member’s names with an ‘x’ added. We came up with many name candidates the with ‘x’ added in together with the staff, we rack our brains while we consider them.

–Will the real names of Organization XIII be released publically?

Nomura: Like how Axel’s real name was revealed in 358/2 Days, I think they’ll be revealed if there is an opportunity to do so.

–Out of the hidden characters, I want to use Sora!

Nomura: Since he’s the main character of the series, he couldn’t be left out. So he was put in as a hidden feature.

–Does Xion have anything to do with Birth by Sleep?

Nomura: I think although many people want Xion to come back once more, I’m afraid to say that it’s difficult.

–Who is your favorite character?

Nomura: It’s Sora. Since he is involved with the first title I directed, I’ll always feel a close connection to him. Since I wasn’t such a good kid, I have the desire to entrust those things I didn’t to Sora.

–Please tell us how you decide on the image of the character’s clothing.

Nomura: I design them so their clothes don’t become too fantastic. Using Sora’s outfit as a base, the outfits of Kingdom Hearts are designed to suit it. The design for Roxas was made more refined than Sora. If Sora was a country child, Roxas would be the urban child. By the way, the checkers of Roxas’s clothing represent light and darkness.

–What about a 358/2 Days Final Mix?

Nomura: There aren’t plans for a release. One of the reasons is that the voices for the English version aren’t out yet.

–Is there potential for a 358/2 Days remake?

Nomura: There are no plans at the moment. Chain of Memories was made in 2D, so it was remade, but since 358/2 Days is in 3D originally, the possibility is low.

–I want there to be manga and short stories about Organization XIII before they were Nobodies, like those of Roxas’s time afterwards with Hayner and company.

Nomura: First of all, considering manga and short stories, since they’re made when the author’s requests, saying ‘I want to write this’, this isn’t the place to ask for them. Therefore, there’s a possibility if that opinion comes from the writer’s side of it. However, it is dangerous because what is drawn upon in future games may end up conflicting with it. Because of that, if they decide not to do those parts of the game, then maybe it’ll happen.

–Who are the strongest ranking Organization XIII?

Nomura: Xemnas is the strongest, and Roxas is considerably strong you include his potential. Xaldin and Lexaeus are higher after that. However, when their strength is configured by preference, it’s different than how it appears in the story.

–About how old is Xemnas?

Nomura: Nobodies don’t age; they exist as they were at the time of becoming a Nobody. He seems about 30 years old?

–You should make a girl a main character of the series!

Nomura: One of the main characters in Birth by Sleep, Aqua will be. Please look forward to it!

–What is the definition of a heart in Kingdom Hearts?

Nomura: It is the theme of the series. To explain it simply, a person has a body, a soul, and a heart. As an image, the soul is the life source, without it a person would be dead. Since the heart doesn’t have a form, memories play an important part in forming a heart. Also, the heart isn’t limited to people, but to all things. I tried to explain this concept to Disney, and they merely said that it must be an Eastern way of thinking. It may be interesting how overseas players think of it.

-6/30/2009

More updates today. Mainly in the Zelda sections. The section for A Link to the Past is up and running, and currently being worked on. Also updates to the Ocarina of Time section are also being done. Look for updates in the Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days section soon!

-Roxas

-6/28/2009

Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been busy with moving lately, and still getting settled in. Never fear. College is over, and I should have more time now to update the site in between working soon. The newest updates to hit are updates in the Final Fantasy X section. Just doing some more construction there.

-3/27/2009

Our server is up and well. Don't expect to go on there and not find what you want that was on there last week. And speaking of updates, there is a HUGE section for Zero no Tsukaima (Familiar of Zero) online for music. We are almost in the process of finishing up the database for that section, and there is plenty of other things available to download. Also, expect some updates to hit the Final Fantasy IV section, as well as some BIG news. Mainly, the fact that a sequel may come to the U.S. for FFIV...

-3/15/2009

Some good and bad news today. For some reason, Badongo doesn't want me to serve our database files on there anymore, so they just went and deleted over half of them themselves. But, never fear, we now have an FTP server up and running (and the music is being added to it as I type.) In better news, I'd like to welcome a new staff member/administrator to our site, Deeg. Deeg will be working on content, as will Paine. They will be focusing on the content of the site, while I work on getting the databases back on track. They won't be listed as downloads here anymore. Our FTP server is now up and running, and is being updated daily (and I mean daily!) So, hopefully within the next few weeks, most of the music (that wasn't lost completely) will be back up. You can already find a small portion of the soundtracks and songs up, as well as a couple of my personal favorites.

The FTP server can be found at:

Host: 192.168.1.47
Username: KHAnimeUnited
Password: Just leave this blank, as there is none
Port: 21

Happy downloading!

-3/10/2009

We are happy to welcome the newest staff member to our group, Paine. Paine will be working on adding content to the site and helping out whenever she can. Thanks Paine!

-12/23/2008

More updates to hit the site, mainly in the Kingdom Hearts and KHCoM section. There are now sections for weapons, characters, and more, and the CoM section now has more updates to it.

-11/26/2008

If you haven't already, make sure to go to your local store and pick up your copy of Chrono Trigger DS that was just released yesterday! This SNES-PSX to DS port now has an all new dungeon on it that you can access after beating Lavos on the Black Omen. Nothing has changed about it too much, except the there is no crappy PSX loading speed, they KEPT the awesome PSX cutscenes for it, and the extra dungeon was added. Definetly a must-have for any Square Enix fan.

-11/25/2008

More updates have hit! The sections for Crisis Core and Chrono Cross have been updated a bit more. Sections for various Legend of Zelda games, Death Note (anime), and DISSIDIA: Final Fantasy have been added and are currently under construction. You can now find the complete promo disc and a miscellaneous track under DISSIDIA's Database section.

-9/04/2008

Updates are here! Yeah! There are some updates to the Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days section, Chrono Cross section, and Final Fantasy IV (DS) section. And expect to hear more news about the newly announced Chrono Trigger game for DS! I can't wait!

-9/02/2008

I have managed to get lots of new info and scans from the new games. And we now officially know the 14th member's name: Xion (pronounced "Shion"). She wields a Keyblade weapon exactly like Sora and Roxas, and is able to affect Roxas's actions. She also has a connection (somehow) to Namine.

-------------------------------------
MAIN THINGS ON 358/2 DAYS
-------------------------------------

-A Winter Release is in store (2008).

-Roxas moves in a similar way as Sora does.

-You use R to lock onto an enemy.

-Each completed mission can be replayed in the multiplayer mode (four players simultaneously) where Roxas is accompanied by three of the other members of Org XIII.

-Other members of the Organization are playable in the multiplayer mode, and they will keep their specificities but with the DS obligations certain movements could not be preserved.

-The XIVth member of the Organization is a girl, Xion. She manages the Keyblade which disturbs Riku greatly.

-The stylus will be used, thanks to multiplayer, as a way to communicate with your allies.

-"In spite of the poor graphic performances on the DS, and the low storage space, the story on the DS will be with "the height of all our hopes" because the developers keep pushing and pushing the capacities of the Nintendo Portable with each new update to its Hardware component."

-Download and Nintendo Wi-Fi playing is TBA

-Xion's name is officially confirmed

-Xaldin and Larxene were the new characters available in the multi player demo.

------------------------------------------
Interview over 358/2 Days with Nomura
------------------------------------------

---This time the trailer revealed the name and voice of the 14th member!

Nomura: The timing of revealing her voice to the public was a mistake. (Smiles) In fact, it was not intended to be released. It's because her voice becomes a hint.

---Riku has officially seen the face of Xion, did he recognize it?

Nomura: Seems so, doesn't it? Roxas is the hero this time, Sora doesn't have any active involvement with the Disney characters. But for example, look at Belle and the Beast, they're interested in discovering what love is; the players will learn about the character's hearts. Roxas learns various things from the Disney characters and before long he becomes doubtful of the Organization.

---Axel yells at Xion, "I'll bring you back no matter how many times it takes", but why does the word "you" refer to multiple people?

Nomura: That's still a secret as well. But Axel's determination here of "bring you back no matter how many times it takes" is connected to when he said he would bring Roxas back in Kingdom Hearts II.

---The keyword "memory" also appears, but what in regards to this?

Nomura: The catch copy* of this game is "I can't remember, something important". Though in the original Kingdom Hearts the concept was to "illustrate the heart". In regards to the relationship between one's heart and one's memory, it is intimate. In this game the main characters are nobodies who don't have hearts, therefore the theme of memories is featured.

*A 'catch copy' is in copywriting, large text that appears in ads or brochures to catch the reader's attention.

-----------------------------------------
MAIN THINGS OF BIRTH BY SLEEP
-----------------------------------------

-Due to be released in 2009.

-The demo presented at the Private Party is susceptible to change and does not entirely reflect the future capacities of the game.

-The special magic and attacks depend on the gauge (Focus Gauge?).

-Terra must, like Riku, resist the attracting power of darkness.

-Each character possess their own techniques like "Fatal Mode" allowing them to carry out more destructive combos compared to their normal attacks.

-When the Focus Bar is full, pressing the R button switches it to "Shoot Lock mode" which targets enemies before they inflict heavy and powerful damage.

-The Keyblades resemble more and more weapons and less and less keys. To lock the worlds is no longer really much of a topicality.

-"The graphics are nice, seems the PSP has nothing more to prove. Final Fantasy fans shouldn't think of KH as just 'Disney and cartoon animals' because that is a bad impression."

------------------------------------
Birth By Sleep Interview
------------------------------------

---In the recent trailer, their are lines alluding to Master Xehanort aiming for those with hearts of pure light. Is Master Xehanort's goal also to take over the world?

Nomura: It certainly indicates what he's interested in, but that's the first of Master Xehanort's intentions.

---The story follows the viewpoints of the three characters individually, but what happens when the three characters interact together?

Nomura: The three characters will start out together, and then afterwards each of their stories will begin respectively. Within the story, the main characters may encounter one another. The three share the main goal of chasing after Master Xehanort who has disappeared, though each character's exact goal is subtly different.

---As for original masters, they who teach the methods of wielding the keyblade to their pupils, do they exist?

Nomura: Not just that, but also the role of keyblade users, since the thoughts of each master differs, it's their spirit being taught. The reason why a master must train others to use the keyblade is explained in this game.

---The voice of Snow White is very quiet.

Nomura: Actually, we choice a voice that matched the old version of "Snow White" that was released in Japan (1950), so it's the original one, so to speak.

About the Birth by Sleep Battle System:

---The changes to the style of battling are an interesting idea.

Nomura: Some players might have wanted a change in strategy. Initially, the player was free to rearrange the commands, as proposed by the team in Osaka, now such a form has been expanded upon. They said, "We want a system different than the form changes of Kingdom Hearts II".

---How about the Shoot Lock System?

Nomura: I asked, "is it difficult to implement?" when the system was being worked on, it was also written into the first planning stages. But for Birth by Sleep, there is still a lot hidden within the system.

---What of the enemies called "unbirths"?

Nomura: There is meaning in various ways, adding "un" creates the opposite meaning of "birth" thus the "unbirth". With this, the "unborn" is given real meaning. Unbirths designate the feeling of this game's motif. The kind of existence they have will be revealed soon.

---During a battle, there are various circumstances indicating commands.

Nomura: It's the developed system of the 'reaction command'. At first, the Birth by Sleep system was designed to be closer to the original series, but it has evolved a lot. Because it is considerably high speed, the first time players may be a bit surprised.

---Even the boss battles have been elaborated compared to the previous ones.

Nomura: The Osaka team has a lot of affection for the enemies. It was handed over to the staff and they were asked to please try it out. They were watched over as they played it. When the player had to be more offensive, they said things like, "It's different! I really can be more of a kid!!" or "Ah, it's strange..." (Smiles)

---Their affection is contagious. (Smiles)

Nomura: Anyways, I think that the testing of various things for the battle system is being finished.

*And finally, something we have all been waiting for news on:

Kingdom Hearts III Rumors!!!

Here's the following that I came across:

"The September issue of Official PlayStation Magazine U.K. has made a claim in their rumor section that there will be an announcement about Kingdom Hearts 3 at Tokyo Game Show this October. Here's the exact quote:

"Kingdom Hearts III is currently in development as a PS3 exclusive and will be announced at TGS."

Whether or not it's true we will soon find out! The Tokyo Game Show 2008 event takes place October 9th to 12th and there is no official word yet on what to expect from it.

Last year the three newest titles for the Kingdom Hearts series were announced to the public, will we be seeing a similar plan from Square Enix again this year?"

-Courtesy KHInsider

*And finally, we have the interview about the CODED game:

-----------------------------------
CODED Interview
-----------------------------------

---About the line, "their torment has been lessened"; whenever a mission is completed, does that wound heal?

Tabata: It's not as simple as that.

Nomura: When you advance to the next stage, a movie event is shown. I think the beginning of the latest trailer reflected it, the lines "A forbidden secret??" are connected to it. Though it is on the mobile phone, it's not to be taken lightly. The contents of it's story draw near to the conviction of the series.

---Are it's contents connected to the future of the Kingdom Hearts series?

Nomura: That's right. It's in a position similar to how Chain of Memories was. I think if you can play it, you'll recognize it draws upon the mysteries of the entire series.

---What kind of story will it become?

Nomura: "Their torment has been lessened" is the foundation of the story, and the "forbidden secret" is connected to it.

---Being made from the data of Jiminy's Journal, will it relive the first Kingdom Hearts?

Nomura: Even though it advances according to the story of Kingdom Hearts, the stages are different and each one slowly approaches the "forbidden secret". Why did someone leave a message in the Jiminy Journal? The story will solve this mystery.

---Is there a connection to 358/2 Days and Birth by Sleep?

Nomura: Yes, they link in various ways.

---The arrow commands were revealed publicly, it seems the game could be played with only one hand?

Tabata: Now one can enjoy Kingdom Hearts quality gaming with the input buttons of their mobile phone, this will lead to other elements.

Nomura: Since the contents of mobile phone software has become outstanding, please anticipate this game.

-4/03/2008

I managed to obtain a translation of the Birth By Sleep Images/trailer. Read in awe below:

"Sleep gives birth to the concealed fate of the past."

The Conversation between Ven and Terra in Destiny Islands:

Terra: "Wasn't there a time when you saved me?"

Ven: "Back then it was probably because we were friends."

Terra moves his hand to rests it on Ven's shoulders.

Terra: "Thank you, Ven."

Scene changes to Terra and Master Xehanort in the Place of Gathering.

M. Xehanort: Did you believe about reaching forward to grasp that last glimmer? The wall of light and darkness exceeded each other, creating the original me, and Terra waited for me impatiently." (While M. Xehanort is talking he opens one of his hands in a greeting fashion, enraging Terra.)

Terra: "I have a 'Friend'.. What you have done has given me hatred to Xehanort."

Terra then summons his keyblade.

We then see Ven meeting Xehanort in Olympus Coliseum. Ven: "Who a-...I've met you before. (Ven is surprised as he is remembering something.)

Xehanort: "It seems you have lost something. However unless what you have lost is put back into your hands, it will be an eternal lost. Once you obtain it, grip it and understand the truth."

Xehanort is soon holding his hand out, as it begins to glow, Ven is watching with an expression of fear and confusion.

Trailer now shows a montage of gameplay featuring both Terra & Ven as playable characters.

Scene cuts to Yensid's Tower...

Mickey is shown defending himself with the keyblade. However, soon he begins to fumble with the keyblade and it vanishes. Goofy, Donald, and Yensid watch Mickey. Mickey soon looks back up to the Wizard, and summons his Keyblade once again.

Fade to Sleeping Beauty world...

Maleficent is looking around the castle where vines are everywhere. Then, a crow lands on Maleficent shoulder and she turns towards Terra. Terra looks at Maleficent, as she begins to laugh doubtfully.

Trailer switches back to the Place of Gathering...

Ven is facing off against the Dark Soldier, and knocks off his helmet, however his face is not shown. The scene soon switches to Terra holding an unconscious Ven, with Master Xehanort looking desperate, and apologetic.

Xehanort: "The person who has wrapped himself in the darkness does not have the qualification to wield a keyblade. He is a demon who has been taken by the darkness. Please correct my mistake..."

Trailer Ending:

Ven is on the Destiny Islands coast looking towards a young Sora & Riku who are playing at the beach. At the same time Ven is at Twilight Town watching the Coast. He is looking down, and appears to be sad.

Ven: "I don't want to be depended on, but you are my 'Friend'...just erase me."

---------------------------------

SIDE NOTE: WOW!!!! I cannot wait for this game. And there's more. I even added a new song from one of the upcoming games (358/2 Days) in the Database section!

----------------------------------

-3/28/2008

I have some media updates on the main page today. Today features some new scans from a French Magazine, and the import magazine, "CLOUD." They all feature scans and info (translated in CLOUD!) on BBS, 358/2 Days, and CODED. Yay!

-3/24/2008

More updates to come, this time in the Anime sections of the site. I have updated the Database sections for Yu-Gi-Oh! and ZOIDS: Chaotic Century/Guardian Force series. I will put the final soundtrack up in the Yu-Gi-Oh! section in a day or so when I get the soundtrack. It is the Japanese/German soundtrack to Yu-Gi-Oh!, which includes the German opening and some other songs (in German). And an in-episode instrumental of "Yugi vs Marik." I am also currently working on the Gundam Wing section. Can't wait to put that up! I love that series. I need to get it on DVD boxset now. I can't wait for the 3rd season of Yu-Gi-Oh! to come out on DVD. I love the 2nd season. So, that's updates for now. Enjoy!

-3/13/2008

I did a bit of updates once again in the Final Fantasy VIII and IX sections. The database for the Final Fantasy IX section is now finally complete. After months, I finally got down to uploading the last disc of the OST for FFIX. Also, the Add-Ons and Trance sections have been added and updated. Also, I updated the walkthrough for Final Fantasy VIII. Disc 1 is almost finished. And I am currently updating the Sidequests and Weapons section for FFVIII. Also in the Final Fantasy Database, you can find a premier track for Final Fantasy Dissidia, "Battle with Kuja." I think it's the best thing since Cheesecake! Whoot!

-3/10/2008

I updated some of the JPOP soundtracks. You can now find some more stuff on there. I also added the page for the Black Mages III: Darkness and Stars page. Can't wait for that soundtrack to come out next Wednesday! Especially looking forward to FFVIII and IX's new songs on there. I always loved "The Extreme" and "Skirmish of the Silver Dragons." I was kind of disappointed though that they did not do "Not Alone" from FFIX. That's one of my personal favorites. Or "Mystery Sword (Beatrix Battle Theme)"... Ah well...One more week, and I should have it. That and vol 15 of Shaman King. That just came out this week, too.

Below is the tracklist for the soundtrack, just for reference:

1.)Opening ~ Bombing Mission" (Final Fantasy VII)
2.)Final Battle (Final Fantasy V)
3.)The Extreme (Final Fantasy VIII)
4.)Skirmish of the Silver Dragons (Final Fantasy IX)
5.)Cloud of Darkness (Final Fantasy III)
6.)Distant Worlds (Final Fantasy XI)
7.)Premonition (Final Fantasy VIII)
8.)Final Battle (Final Fantasy IX)
9.)"Darkness and Starlight" (Extended Arrangement of the Opera "The Dream Oath: Maria and Draco" from Final Fantasy VI)
10.)Life ~ In Memory of Keiten ~ (Original Composition)

And I am loving my new laptop that I just got last week. I got a brand new 160 GB Hardrive Gateway brand laptop. Now, I just need to get my PSP and Playstation 2...

I've been updating and doing various sections lately. You can find new stuff in the Final Fantasy IX and X sections. Right now, I'm busy with the Final Fantasy IX section. Not too much more to do there. The biggest thing left is the game script and walkthrough. Almost done with Add-ons, Weapons, and the Characters pages. Final Fantasy X is still a bit of work in progress.

-2/7/2008

Lots of updates to hit the site this week. You've probably noticed that we now have a guestbook. It should work. If not, we'll fix that. Many updates to hit. Where to begin? Well, first off, the sections for The Bouncer, Resident Evil 4, Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, and Final Fantasy XII have all been updated. In the section for The Bouncer, you can find lyrics, an almost complete database, and an artwork and image gallery. In the Resident Evil 4 section, there is just the Image Gallery and Basic Gameplay section for now. More things have been added to the Final Fantasy XII section. This includes the character section, Espers, and Bazaar Loot List. And our new Revenant Wings section is looking better. We have a character section that is up and looking decent. The Gambits and Quickenings section is up, and the Weapons section is a work in progress. We are also going to work on putting up a scans section for the new Kingdom Hearts games.

-1/31/2008

Lots of updates for a brand new year. First and foremost, you will most likely spot new pages put up for Kingdom Hearts new upcoming games, "Birth by Sleep" and "358/2 Days." We will do our best to work on those pages. Also up is our official shrine to Balthier Bunansa of 'Final Fantasy XII,' entitled "The Leading Man." You will find that in the Final Fantasy XII and our new Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings section.

In other news, I bought a Roxas plushie recently. I'll put up a picture below of it.

Isn't it adorable. Well, until then. Keep your eyes peeled for the release of volume two of the Kingdom Hearts II manga, collect your plushies, and continue to worship Roxas. Ciao. And, as always, stay tuned to KH/Anime for more updates!

-12/11/2007

A huge update today in the Final Fantasy IV (Advance/DS) section! Today, the single, "Tsuki no Akari" by Megumi Ida joins the FFIV section! As well as a bonus track...And it's worth checking it out. It took me a week to find this...I was looking since midnight on the 5th when the single was released. If you want to support the artist, please buy the album from Play-Asia.com...

-11/26/2007

Hey everyone! Today's a great day, because the there is something brand new in the FFIV Database section of page. Yeah, and it's under the OSV (OST). It's brand new, ripped by me off of a PV by Megumi Ida. Enjoy...

Some big novel/book news today, Kingdom Hearts wise. The new novel/book is called "Kingdom Hearts II: Short Stories Vol. 1" The novel is a Japan-only release right now, but we could expect it to hit the U.S. The book contains stories surrounding Sora's time in Agrabah, Atlantica, and 100 Acre Woods. It will also include the stories of Cloud, Sephiroth, Namine, Riku, and King Mickey. The titles of the various short stories are as follows, and the cover is below:

Nothing but Blue
The Twilight
ATLANTICA
AGRABAH
100 Acre Wood
Some Like it Cold
Future and Past
Total Eclipse

Some new updates and media to take a peek at today. And it's all coming from the new Kingdom Hearts series. Below is some interview regarding the three new games, and some scans.

"358/2 Days

First of all, please tell us the meaning of the title 358/2 Days. Nomura: We came up with the title, on purpose, as a code. You can only understand it after beating the game. The word $B!F(BDays$B!G(B is attached because the game progresses to show how the Organization came to be, as well as the daily life of the Organization XIII. They are always sent off on missions from home base, and then they have to return. The game will center around Roxas, who is a member of the Organization. It will be an adventure game, although, repetition will also be a main theme.

Does the time of the game focus around when Roxas enters Organization XIII, and does it connect to Kingdom Hearts?
Nomura: Yes, we will see the point in time when Roxas joins Organization XIII, but it will only be a small part. The game will then focus around the year when Sora was asleep. Roxas entering the Organization has not been explained yet, but this game will clear that up, and will also show the duty he is put through everyday. Finally, it will also go into Roxas' doubts about the Organization and why he leaves the Organization. This is basically the main part of the story.

Do you wish to represent something of the 3 works, by having a different color logo on each of the games announced this time?
Nomura: The reason why we chose this color for 358/2 days was to match the warm color group to the sunset in Twilight Town. I believe the story in this game will be very sad, as well. It should also be noted that some of the scenarios I chose for Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ were based off the novel that focused on Roxas, which came in Kingdom Hearts Another Report.

In a way, this game will probably be the same as Zack$B!G(Bs story in Crisis Core, where the future was already decided, right?
Nomura: Yes. However, Roxas$B!G(B story in the Kingdom Hearts universe wasn't as tragic as Zack's was.

Why did you choose the Nintendo DS for this game?
Nomura: Well, first of all, I always choose a system before developing a plan. There was a plan for multi-platforming so that these new games would be easily accessible to all types of gamers, so this one made it to the DS. Also, it made it more possible to use the characters of Organization XIII. It was also meant to make a story that automatically depicted Roxas.

$B!F(BIt's a Wonderful World$B!G(B took full advantage of the Nintendo DS. Will this game do the same?
Nomura: It is possible to take advantage of the functions of the DS, however, we'll be taking the opposite road this time. We are aiming that one day it will be possible to play the game, even if it's not just touching your way through. Also, the feeling of the Kingdom Hearts battle system would not seem the same if the touchpen/stylus was used.

What do you think about the handling of the Kingdom Hearts series, since it seems you are having a hand in developing the games for the first time?
Koji: Production has to be on the spot, while researching how it can be put onto the Nintendo DS and still be Kingdom Hearts at the same time. Also, we$B!G(Bre concentrating on how the story will turn out, because besides the fans, a lot of staff in Square-Enix is also looking forward to the games—there are a lot of KH fans within the staff. Also, there$B!G(Bs the appearance of the 14th member, will be understood later on$B!D(B (laughs)

That 14th Organization XIII Member$B!D(Bit appears to be$B!D(BNamine?
Nomura: It$B!G(Bs possible to talk about it, but no, it's not Namine.

Then who is this person?
Nomura: In Kingdom Hearts II, there was Organization XIII. However, even when they had 14 members it was still Organization XIII. The reason why they never changed it to Organization XIV, even though they had 14 members, will be cleared up in this game. She is a key character.

Will Sora and Riku appear in this game at all?
Hiroshi: The Riku vs. Roxas scene will appear, as well as the actual battle. Also, because Sora is having his memories restored, it will be hard for him to be in the game. However, the memories will be a key point in this game. However, what we don't want to do is emphatically show connections between Roxas and Sora via those memories.

This time around, what will happen with the Disney Worlds?
Nomura: The relationships between characters will be very different as you go through the worlds. Hiroshi: Because the game will be stemming from Kingdom Hearts II, there will be a lot of things people will be able to relate to, such as Roxas. However, the system with the worlds will be a bit different this time around. For instance, the worlds$B!G(B appearance will be one of the things remaining, but not all the worlds will always be available to re-visit for fun.

Will there be a basic battle system, just like the original Kingdom Heart games?
Hiroshi: In a way, the game will be the same as the other Kingdom Hearts games in that respect. However, there are some problems, such as the buttons on the DS.

Koji: This is true, because there are not as many buttons on the DS as there are on the other consoles, so it will be hard as you had to make good use of the analog, the d-pad and the L and R button. We are still working on what we can do to get past this.

Does the story come together with single mode, and multiplayer mode?
Nomura: Most likely, it will be impossible to progress in the storyline in multiplayer mode, as it would ruin the progression of the story for each individual player. However, the leveling system in single player and multiplayer are synchronized. The leveling system will have a huge amount of freedom this time, as well as great customization, which will be one of the best benefits of multiplayer mode. However, Roxas' level will not be transferred over.

In multiplayer mode, are all the members of Organization XIII playable?
Nomura: Yes, they are all playable.
Hiroshi: The multiplayer mode will be treated as an $B!F(Balternate world$B!G(B, because there is a member that disappears in the single player mode as the story advances.

Koji: Also, the characters will all have a unique gameplay, as they all have different weapons. Our real concerns, right now, are Demyx$B!G(Bs sitar and Zexion$B!G(Bs book.

How do you progress with multiplayer mode?
Hiroshi: Basically, you will receive various missions that you must clear. There is also a map, and there are a lot of gimmicks added into the levels as well. Of course, we are also putting bosses in multiplayer mode.

Koji: We made it so that people can play it anytime, and some of the levels are short as well. There is a score attack mode, too. However, in case you don't want to co-op with another player, we are thinking of adding elements like versus and competitions.

Will there be any missions when you can be Xemnas?
Nomura: Yes, however, there are methods with using Xemnas that we need to work on. Hiroshi: Yeah, such as with Organization XIII, the chair rises when carrying out the mission successfully and lowers when failing. (laughs) Koji: It is a result of multiplayer mode, and it depends on the stage as well. (laughs) Nomura: I wonder what would happen if Xemnas fails. (laughs)

In Multiplayer mode, are there any other new features?
Koji: In the lower screen on the DS, we are thinking about possibly using the Touch Pen for drawing. If I remember, people can also draw on the lower screen. I want to think about creating a mission that could use this feature.

Any last words for our readers?
Hiroshi: Please look forward to the multiplayer mode that will be featured in Kingdom Hearts 358/2, and also enjoy the other Kingdom Hearts games coming out! Koji: I think it will be very unusual to be able to play as Organization XIII. However, because it is unusual, it makes me happy. I want you all to look forward to this!

Nomura: Because the story in the game is a critical factor in Kingdom Hearts, it is always better to play alone, though the multiplayer is also added for obvious purposes. It might be a bit difficult to play. We plan to catch the eyes of a lot of poeple, and make this game feel similar to "It's a Wonderful World" as well."

"Birth by Sleep

The Osaka team lead the development on Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories. Does this mean they will handle BBS?
Nomura: Development started earlier than Re:CoM. However, since Re:COM needed to be improved a lot, the production of BBS was interrupted.

Will the secret movie in KH2: FM+ play an important role in BBS?
Nomura: Yes.

Does BBS take place before the first Kingdom Hearts game?
Nomura: Yes. However, it doesn't start immediately before Kingdom Hearts.

Is there any significance to the names of Terra and the other characters?
Nomura: Going back to the names$B!G(B origins, Terra is Earth and Ven is Wind. However, Ven$B!G(Bs real name is longer--this is just an alias.

The age of Master Xehanort is different from the Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts II. What is their connection? And what about the person who looks like Roxas?
Nomura: There$B!G(Bs a mystery as to who each character is in the story, which I cannot reveal right now.

About the master who taught the three new characters—is he from the current series?
Nomura: I can't say.

Will the story advance around these three new people?
Nomura: Yes, the story is also pretty complex in this game, and can become very serious. Watanabe, who took charge of the scenarios, is very skillful at this. He will also supervise some of the scenarios in the other two titles [358/2 Days and Coded]. This game will be a bit challenging, since the game will be featuring the aspect of three people.

Will there be an individual story for each of them?
Yasushi: Yes, also the gameplay and feeling for each of their play-throughs will be different. It will feel as if it is three games in one.

In Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, there was a Sora chapter and a Riku chapter. Would you call these $B!F(Btwo scenarios$B!G(B [in the same way that BBS will feature three scenarios]?
Yasushi: Yes, however, in this case completing one story will create more mysteries for the other characters, making you wanting to play them to figure out the mysteries.

Like zapping?
Yasushi: Well it depends, in a way the game wouldn't be the same if we changed it's contents. Yoshimoto: It's not really easy to explain right now, please wait to see more in the future. *Laughs*

How about the composition of the worlds? Where do you begin, and does it become an adventure when you go into a Disney World?
Yasushi: I think that it will be better to keep a normal feeling for Disney Worlds, but we will also have new worlds as well. Of course, there will also be two or more new worlds that will surprise you.

How much will people enjoy these games?
Nomura: Mainly, players will enjoy the storyline, and because this game will take place in the past, the Disney Worlds will also have a little timeshift as well.

When the battle images were shown to the public, there was a new enemy that wasn't a Heartless or a Nobody. What is it?
Nomura: It is neither a Heartless or a Nobody, this is a new type of enemy. Because the existence of these creatures came before Heartless and Nobodies, a starting point needs to be imagined, and it became a wild concept.

Yasushi: Basically it becomes wild. However, its moves are fast!

What will happen with the battle system? As well as the "Lingering Spirit" and the characters in the Secret Movie?
Yasushi: That was done as a hint, because it's an image from the end. Also, this game will be introducing a new system!

Nomura: It might be one of the most current games of the series that have been announced during this time. Also the Level system features a new idea that has not been seen before.

Yasushi: "When you absorb it in what?" *Laughs* It's considered as a Novel, and an impact to the leveling system. (He seemed to have been quoting something, could it be a hint?)

Yoshimoto: It's really interesting actually. I think you'll be able to understand it more if you saw it from an image, so please wait a while longer.

Nomura: This growth system was made, by one person.

Can you give a hint?
Yasushi: .....The level up is like growing.

Is it possible to have a gamers play by bringing their PSPs together, co-op style?
Yoshimoto: Well, we are thinking by a co-operation between people, or even competing against each other. We are trying to think of an element that could make use of the PSP fully.

Nomura: Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days has a different concept, where the multiplayer is different.

Though there seems to be variety in the beginning of the story, the game system also seems to have more content to make it enjoyable.

Yoshimoto: Well, the idea first came out really fast, and changed rapidly as well. It was interesting to see the traditional gameplay of Kingdom Hearts, but at the same time the difficulty of the gameplay as well.

Nomura: This is a game which the variety can play, even if all the mysteries in the story were solved.

Yasushi: From here on after, the game is just going to get better. The battle system will also be enjoyable. The feeling of the game will be as close to Kingdom Hearts as possible, but with a few twists.

Yoshimoto: Also even though the game will be more serious, it will please the Disney fans. The worlds are prepared with a surprise even though the story is serious. I think the mixture of Disney with this will be interesting.

By the way, this game was announced at the same time as Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts: Coded. Were you anxious?
Yasushi: We were very anxious about everything, the system and the story. I thought it was considerate to show those through the PV shown at the Tokyo Game Show.

Nomura: This game will have to wait, sadly. However, we also need to think about the sales, ultimately."

"Coded

What level of quality do you believe the new cell phone game will be? Will it be the same as the other two games?
Hajime: We plan on getting Coded to the same level as Final Fantasy Agito XIII. However, that$B!G(Bs still being thought over.

What is the concept of this game?
Nomura: I wanted to make this like a playground for fans, like Disneyland, where there are many attractions for different kinds of people. I want to try the same thing with game content instead.

Hajime: Actually, to start it off, Nomura was drunk at midnight and began to explain the idea, with the help of the whiteboard and its content for the mobile phone. A lot of planning happened that night.

Nomura: At that point, it wasn't even really going to be part of the Kingdom Hearts series. However, when planning any game, it's always best to start with a story.

Hajime: At first the plan seemed terrible, but at the same time interesting. After all, Kingdom Hearts is special.

Nomura: We thought about various elements that could be added into the story, to help extend the game. For instance, in Before Crisis FFVII and Monotone, there was a new battle system as well as chapters to help work the system. We might make it the same for Kingdom Hearts Coded.

Are there big plans for this game, since it takes place after Kingdom Hearts II?
Nomura: Yes, however, I should point out that Sora from Kingdom Hearts (the first one) is only appearing in those clothes because the Jiminy Journal is taking data from the very beginning of their journey. Therefore, the Sora is not the original, but a data copy. Sora$B!G(Bs memory is also erased, and he has to go through his adventures again to solve the mystery of the data bugs.

Then this means players can enjoy adventuring with Sora, without worrying about a change in personality from the original Sora. Will there be a developing story in the real world, too?
Nomura: At first I wasn't sure, but I believe events in the real world will be talked about as well. There is currently also a story in development about the real world.

Chain of Memories included/followed the storyline of Kingdom Hearts—will Coded also follow the events of the first game?
Nomura: Chain of Memories was created to relive the worlds created by Sora's memory. This game differs from Chain of Memories, as there will be a brand new story, since the bug has corrupted the data. Questions will be answered too, such as where the King had gone, and also what Riku had been doing while the storyline of Kingdom Hearts was happening.

In the Jiminy Journal, it reads "We must return to free them from their torment". Who exactly is $B!H(Bthem$B!I(B referring to? Are they characters we've seen before in previous Kingdom Hearts games?
Nomura: I can$B!G(Bt tell you that yet. Actually, it's not even possible to really explain it yet, as it is about the true enemy of the game. Even though there are Heartless in the game that are made out of data, they are not the real cause of the trouble.

How does the battle system work?
Hajime: The Kingdom Hearts series$B!G(B button layout makes it simple to recreate it for the cellphone, and it will have that same combat feel. However, at the same time, we will be putting in new elements. One example is the "Debugging Mode", which was created to eliminate the bug.

Will you be using any other elements that might make use of the telecommunication feature?
Hajime: It will, for instance: going into the players$B!G(B world. In other words, it's possible to interfere with other players, as they all share the world together. An example being that if there is trouble in the world of Player B, Player A can go there and help them solve the bug, and then return to the world of Player A.

The invasion of the bug is one thing--will there be other problems/conflict within the game?
Hajime: The bug is likely to be the first aspect of the problem, and is also one of the main concepts of the game. There may be other problems as well, but you'll have to wait to find out what they are.

Will anyone be able to enjoy this game, even amongst those who haven$B!G(Bt played Kingdom Hearts?
Hajime: The Kingdom Hearts franchise has become a series where players will understand later installments better, since they have played the previous games. However, for Coded, I believe people who haven't even touched Kingdom Hearts can play this game for the first time, and still enjoy it.

Nomura: I will be preparing the playground for people to enjoy the game. I think everyone should look forward to the day it opens. (Laughs)"

When the video begins, we are introduced with a series of images, followed by the words "Kingdom Hearts: New Concepts and Game Titles." Right after this, the ending to Kingdom Hearts 2 plays, followed by the phrases "The secret ending has been dealt with, and the worlds extend once again" and "flow".

The screen fades back in to Jiminy Cricket and the phrase "Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories". He is peering into his journal, noticing a phrase he cannot remember writing. It reads "You need to return, to heal the wounds". This phrase seems to alert Jiminy in some way, as he runs off to report the finding to King Mickey. The king is startled by the discovery, but only replies with "Only he is the one who can solve it."

We fade in and out to Sora standing on the beach at Destiny Islands. He is wearing his Kingdom Hearts 1 style clothing, but he is only shown as computer data being transmitted.

When the image of Sora disappears, a battle scene commences. As Sora is moving blocks around to finish a puzzle game, heartless are attacking from all angles. The game play mechanics seem very odd. After the puzzle is finished, a command called "Debugging" appears on the screen. After being activated, Sora moves extremely quickly and then vanishes.

The last scene includes Sora and Mickey in Traverse Town. Mickey says to no one in particular "I was here on that day." and "Let's speak truly". We are then presented with the name of the game: Kingdom Hearts: Coded. It has been announced to be a mobile phone game.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days:

We are introduced with the scene where Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories had came to an end, and are then confronted with the phrase "The other side attached to Sora still sleeps", along with "The mind comes back whenever they touch."

The video then focuses upon Roxas and Axel, sitting atop the clock tower in Twilight Town. This seems to be the same scene from Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+. Soon after, the video shows Roxas being invited into Organization XIII. He is being greeted by all, and introduces himself, and they do the same to him. Then the scene fades into Roxas actually joining the Organization.

Following this is a short clip of Mickey talking about Axel, and Saix near Roxas. Roxas is shown pulling out both of his keyblades, and it moves into gameplay. The gameplay confirms that you may play with Roxas, Axel, Saix and Xigbar.

Xemnas then mentions something very interesting. He explains that a 14th member has joined their Organization, and that this member is female. This scene is quickly followed by the title of the game: "Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days" and a whispering Roxas saying "I will disappear from this world in 151 days"

This game is for the beloved Nintendo DS.

Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep

Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly on=screen. One reads "Deep Past" and the other "Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate."

We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name "Ven" is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.

The scene change various times before stopping at an image of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called "Master Xehanort" by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen changes.

Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. "Olympus Coliseum" is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.

The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secret Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forcibly get the man's helmet off, but his face is concealed.

King Mickey is shown summoning his keybalde, and then the scene changes very quickly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocean. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says "Please don't depend on me, just erase me... friend."

The phrase "Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep" arises, and it is revealed this game is for the PSP.

Note: It has been rumored the DS game is being co-developed by Hand (Chocobo Tales) and the PSP game is being developed by the Crisis Core team. This is not a confirmation, just speculation.

These games are a great development, and hopeful news for Kingdom Hearts fans. See the logos below!

In some news, I have added some stuff to the Resident Evil section. You should find some things there. Many of these things are in the CODE: Veronica and Resident Evil (Biohazard 1) section.

-9/10/2007

Hey everyone. Roxas here. Bringing you a special news bulletin. No, Kingdom Hearts 3 has not come out yet...But, we have a new administrator. Besides myself and AK on here, we have Chibi who will be helping out on here whenever she wants to. So, give a big round of applause to Chibi. (And we should hope to see a nice big section for Pokemon and other good anime coming in the future...) Welcome Chibi!

-9/6/2007

I have added some stuff to the Resident Evil: CODE: Veronica section including cheats, a full soundtrack section listing (songs to come soon), and I am currently working on the game script and characters. More to come soon in that section. Also the Controller Basics section is complete.

-8/31/2007

Once again, summer is about over, and I'm back in school. And for even better news, I have perfect connection back at home. So, now I can update on here more than ever. I am currently putting some stuff up for the Final Fantasy V section. You should see the 'Jobs' section is now available. And I will work on some other stuff too while I am at it. In other news, rumors of a side-story to Kingdom Hearts for a portable system/or Wii have been thrown around, according to www.khinsider.com. We can only hope in the future that we will see Sora on the PSP. Or another sequel for the PS2. Also, development on a new Final Fantasy game for the DS. Final Fantasy IV. With voice acting, and 3D looking characters. For now, peace out. Remember to check back for daily updates on Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy!

-6/20/2007

A new day, a new update. You can now find some more goodies. This time in the Final Fantasy VIII section. The character bio section is almost complete for it. You can now check out a FULL item list, Magic list, Animated GIFs, and much more.

-6/12/2007

Finally, some updates have come today! This time, in the Chrono Trigger section. I have done put up an artwork section, and a cheats section for Chrono Trigger. I am currently working on the game script and walkthrough for it. I will begin fixing the technique list for it, as well.

-5/28/2007

I know it's been a while since an update on here. I haven't forgotten about you guys. I've just been a bit busy. I'm going to start trying to upload stuff as best as I can with the connection that I sort of have. I have more of a chance of uploading at night. So, I will do my best in putting up more albums. Thanks.

-5/1/2007

I've added the weapons section (which is being updated constantly), and just finished the 'Sky Pirate's Den' section for Final Fantasy XII. You may see that there are proper links to the Chrono Trigger, Pokemon, and that now, a Witch Hunter Robin section is up. You can take a brief look at that. I promise I will have more up. We are trying our best, and I am as well, even with faulty internet connection. So, please bear with us! Thanks.

-4/19/2007

I've added some things to the Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts section. You can find some artwork up in the Kingdom Hearts, and some updated character profiles in the Kingdom Hearts II section. You can now find information on the Organization XIII. The character section for the Kingdom Hearts X (3) is up as well.

-4/12/2007

I've added the Kingdom Hearts X (3) section, and I'm gonna start working on Final Mix + and RE: Chain of Memories this week and next week...So far, the Kingdom Hearts X character page is up, but I have to get the link up for it. It should be up by this weekend...I will also work on getting the Complete Original soundtrack for the Kingdom Hearts series up...It will take some time, but bear with me...Also, be on the lookout for updates to the YuGiOh! section.

-4/1/2007

Well, in a few days, hopefully, you should be able to find the Kingdom Hearts Complete Original Soundtrack available on here. I hope. Most likely after Easter it should be all up.

-3/20/2007

I've added some more lyrics to the Hikaru No GO section, and redid the Hikaru No GO section a bit. I still have to add the characters section. That will be this week. You may have notice a soundtrack or two was added in the database section for Pocket Monsters. Some of those were requested by Absolkitty, so I put those up anyway.

-3/17/2007

It's been awhile since I updated the site. I've been a bit sick during spring break. Yes, as some of you know, I've been sick. But, I'm better now, thanks to much bedrest and plenty of fluids. Just in time to go back for classes! But, there shall be some more updates to come, and hopefully some more news about the upcoming title, "Kingdom Hearts II: FINAL MIX +/RE: Chain of Memories." New scans have been released, and I'm still working on getting a section for all those up, so everyone can see. I notice nowadays, my laptop doesn't sound too good, so I'm preparing for the worst. Let's hope that the harddrive doesn't blow today. So, I'm preparing to back everything up on discs and storage sites...

-3/5/2007

Once again, updates have hit the site...I have taken the opportunity to add SOME things to the Final Fantasy XII section, and I am TRYING to put up the last disc of the soundtrack (disc 4)...however, my plans are being hampered by poor connection quality and the wind...literally...so bear with me on this one...

so, the last disc will not be up for a few days...actually, it may be up by tomorrow...I hope...I will also try and put up the Official Soundtrack for "The Bouncer" and the Multiplayer Official Soundtrack for "Dirge of Cerberus."

A link to the Final Fantasy XII section should be up by tonight on the site...you should be able to find some character data, story info, lyrics, soundtracks, and artwork so far. There's more to come, so stay tuned. Also, watch out for some more Pokemon (Pocket Monster) soundtracks. And Full Metal Alchemist is getting booted out, and Full Metal Panic (Fumofuu) is being brought in.

Hmm...looks like connection has shot back to normal again...thank God...maybe you all will get the FFXII OST tonight...? Who knows...heheh...only the wind shall tell...(literally)...

I'm also going to work on the game script and walkthrough for the Final Fantasy X-2 section. It really needs it. That's about it for now...

-3/4/2007

I've added some stuff to the Final Fantasy XII database section. By tonight, the section for the video game, "The Bouncer," should be up. I just need to finish putting up the Original Soundtrack in the FFXII database section.

-2/27/2007

I have updated the database sections of Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. They both now include the tracklistings (right now) for CoM: Re, and the OST for II: FINAL MIX + and the FINAL MIX + extra tracks.

-2/26/2007

-2/22/2007

I added the ZOIDS: Chaotic Century section today. It was just sitting there idly, waiting to be put up, so I put it up, and added some tiny stuff to it. You can now find the lyrics, and within a few days the ENTIRE database section should be filled...With pretty much everything...

I'm gonna update the Dirge of Cerberus section this weekend after I work on homework and some studying. I have midterms coming up, so I have to do some work...

-2/13/2007

The Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus section is upadted a bit. You can now find everything up in the database part of it. I'm working on putting up the Character Bios and the Memory Capsules section. Also, the final missing soundtrack-single for Final Fantasy X-2 is up: Sweetbox: Adagio. Yes. It is up as of tonight. Finally! You will be able to find it under the Final Fantasy X-2 section and the JPOP database. You can also find Sweetbox's other album, "Addicted" under the JPOP database tomorrow. I will work on putting up the Twilight Princess Original Soundtrack tomorrow and this weekend.

-2/10/2007

I am currently working on starting up the Dirge of Cereberus section, and most of the sections that you will visit should have titles to them now. Keep an eye out for a cool change to the main page (here). Also, be on the lookout for some new stuff to various databases (Final Fantasy XII, JPOP, Final Fantasy VI)...You can now find some of our Final Fantasy VI Animated GIFs up and online, as well.

-2/06/2007

The section for Final Mix + should be going up soon, as well as some osm screenshots, wallpapers, and a brand new song! No one is sure what scene the song is from, but it is a promising one. I have listened to it. Also, keep an eye out for the upcoming Final Fantasy VI (Advance) section. It will be up shortly within the next few days, as to celebrate its re-release for the GBA on Monday. I still haven't gotten my copy yet...I will this weekend, though. Also there will be some new additions to the art galleries of FFVII, VIII, IX, and maybe X. Mainly the Amano Art.

-1/30/2007

The Shaman King section should look a bit different now. It shouldn't look so sloppy, and I'll work on putting that section right, and some other things here and there. What you see right now in the Pokemon database section is what you get. I'm putting up the Original Soundtrack to Twilight Princess most likely tomorrow. So, that should hopefully be up. But, right now, I'm gonna get back to updating here and there.

-1/28/2007

I've done a bit of updating, and you should now find something neat in the the Twilight Princess section of The Legend of Zelda. Yes, that's right! The database section is now updated. I have also been up all night updating the Pokemon section. We also have some new things that are going up in the Orphen section soon. That may be later this week, so keep on top with our updates.

-1/27/2007

If you happen to encounter anything funny on the page, it's just that we are doing some updating on the site. You should see a bit of a new layout. It's the preview of the new 3 version of KH/Anime United. The font for Kingdom Hearts will be gone (as there are probably many computers out there who can't support it), and a new layout is in progress, as you may see from here. The Twilight Princess official soundtrack is now up. So, feel free to check that out.

Also, be sure to take a peek sometime between tomorrow and Monday at the Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon pages. There are updates in the database sections of there, as well.

-1/25/2007

You should now see a new section which is currently being worked on as I speak. It's the new Legend of Zelda section. Yay. I finally got to do that. The database section for Twilight Princess should be up and done by this weekend. New rumors concerning Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix +, stating that there may be a fall release some time in 2007 for the U.S. And be on the lookout in the Kingdom Hearts II section for the Final Mix + section with some awesome looking scans! Stay tuned for more news and updates!

-1/18/2007

The lyrics section is finally finished as much as it can be now. You can not only find just lyrics there now, but translations for the monologues and dialogues from the Final Fantasy X Vocal Collection. You can also find information on the Aeons, characters' weapons, full character profiles, and a huge section of animated GIFs! Stay on the lookout for uploads in the database section, and in the artwork section as well.

Also, the Kingdom Hearts II database section is now fixed. There are still some things that need to be added, but not much. Be on the lookout for the coming of the Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories database and the something from Angela Aki in the Final Fantasy XII section.

-1/16/2007

More updates have hit, and this time it is in the Final Fantasy X section. You can now find a whole section full of lyrics from all the albums of Final Fantasy X. You can also find all character profiles. Keep your eyes peeled for updates in the database section of Final Fantasy X, as well as Magic, Aeons, and Abilities.

-1/14/2006

It is that time once again. No, not another holiday. It's back to school time! Yay! Well, sort of, but not...I start back on Tuesday, and only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Yes! But, I will still be one of your many dedicated administrators and techs on here, and update daily. You can now find some more updates in the Final Fantasy IX section. Look for some editing in the Final Fantasy V section in the character profiles. Also, the Final Fantasy VII section is near completion. We're focusing on the script and walkthrough now. You can now find an entire artwork gallery for some of your favorite games, now including VII and IX. Be on the lookout for things to come in the Final Fantasy X section!

As for KHII: FM, you can now preorder it...in Japan! If you have a converter thingy that lets you play import games on your PS2, then go for it. If not, you'll have to wait it out like the rest of us. New scenes and screenshots show that Sora and Co have new outfits, Christmas ones! And it looks as if you can actually fight Roxas this time, and it's not just a cutscene! Stay tuned for more news on Kingdom Hearts II: FM+!

-12/24/2006

Hey, everyone. Once again, it's that time of year, and Kingdom Hearts and Anime United are proud to celebrate and share the Christmas season with everyone! We hope that everyone has a wonderful Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzza, and so forth. Happy holidays everybody, and a Happy New Year too! Merii Kurisumasu and Akemashite omedetou, too!

-12/20/2006

I've updated the Final Fantasy X-2 section some more. You can now find most of the Dress Sphere data and Battle Quotes online. You can also check out character profiles. Be on the lookout for for the cheats/hints section, Gameshark Codes, Wallpapers, and the full walkthrough. Also, the Prologue to Shamans soundtrack for Shaman King is now available. I will update the database with the other soundtracks for it as soon as I can. Also be on the lookout for final updates on the Hikaru No Go episode summaries, and lyrics for Hikaru No Go.

-12/16/2006

Did some updating in the Final Fantasy X-2 section. You can now find everything almost for the database section. And you can also view the game script for Final Fantasy X-2. I need to update some minor stuff for it, though. I will be on to update more recently now, as I have finished finals (thank God), got very acceptable Final Grades, and now have more time to devote to the precious Kingdom Hearts and Anime United. So, expect many updates to come in the next month or so. Thanks everyone who comes here regularly!

-12/04/2006

I updated the database section in Final Fantasy X-2, and added the lyrics section for Final Fantasy X-2. I also took the time to put up, and update the Final Fantasy V section a bit, and do some rendering on the Final Fantasy VII section.

-11/10/2006

Finally finished the soundtracks section in Final Fantasy IX, and upated and put up it respective Chocograph Locations section. Starting on game script for it.

-11/6/2006

I have updated the character and soundtrack sections in Final Fantasy IX. The soundtrack section now includes the Final Fantasy IX Original Soundtrack Plus. Added Eiko, Vivi, and Freya's profiles to the character section. Also in the Pokemon section, I updated the soundtracks to include a single and movie soundtrack. And finally, I updated the techniques in the Chrono Trigger section. Also, added and finished the season one episode guide for Yu-Gi-Oh! I'm doing season two now.

-11/3/2006

Added a section for The Legend of Zelda, and did some things in the Chrono Trigger section. Also, I added some soundtrack data, which is soon to be the actual soundtracks for some new Pokemon music. Updated the character profiles for Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! also.

-10/9/2006

Soundtracks seem to be doing much better now. Badongo obviously had some technical issues to deal with...but feel free to check out our various soundtracks...now that they're available...

-10/8/2006

I will be doing something different with the soundtracks. Instead of doing one track at a time, you will have the option of doing a zip file for one disc or the whole soundtrack. Right now, you can download both discs of the Kingdom Hearts Original Soundtrack by zip files. Hey, it's either that or going track by track.

-10/5/2006

I updated the Kingdom Hearts 1/2 sections of soundtracks with some new songs...they are not available yet...as they are OSM remixes...I think my favorite ones are the "Roxas Remix" and the "Fragments of Sorrow (KH 1~Remix)." They seem to really get me...I will put them all up this weekend, as well as the Original soundtracks for Kingdom Hearts 1 and Chain of Memories...yes, I have the Chain of Memories...good, in some aspects. I will also work on putting up Kingdom Hearts 1's respectable Manga...Thanks for bearing with us!

-10/2/2006

A special edition of Kingdom Hearts 2, called KINGDOM HEARTS II: FINAL MIX, will be heading to Japan, as well as a 3D remake of KINGDOM HEARTS: Chain of Memories to be included as a 2-disc special edition set for the Playstation 2. No word yet, as it will hit the U.S, but we can only hope it will, and pray that Haley Joel Osment is not doing jail time, and voice acting at the same time, due to his drunk-driving car accident. I'd hate to hear the jailtime blues, while fighting in 3D as Sora in castle oblivion... Anyways, keep your eyes peeled and ears open for more info, and also for more info on the definite upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3. New characters will be introduced this time, as it seems, maybe a return of the old ones. No names have been introduced to us yet, but we will update as we find out more. Sincerely, The Kingdom Hearts/Anime United Staff (SMS, AmiShadows, AbsolKitty, Roxas)

-9/27/2006

Lately, I have been trying to get the Kingdom Hearts 2 soundtrack back on track. When I burned it from the album, Itunes screwed it up, making the songs only a few seconds long for each.
