Dear Diary, I've fallen in love;
I've risen above my pitiful life's peak;
And now I will fly with the wings of a dove;

Dear Diary, heaven has truly united with earth;
Without my love, I am worthless and weak;
And my new love has been given sweet birth;

Dear Diary, my love has grown strong;
With love we have found strength together;
And I love her, and now eternity seems less long;

Dear Diary, what horrendous act have I done?
I love her, and now our love has been in the weather;
Now the finger can only point at one;

Dear Diary, the blood of our relationship has shed;
My tears, wash the blood of my own hands;
And when you needed me most, like a coward I fled;

Dear Diary, I've become a madman today;
Looking in the mirror, I saw my soul's black strands;
And I wept, for the man I knew passed away;

Dear Diary, I fear this may be my unwrapping;
She has left me to lay in my own deceit;
And I can feel my empty heart snapping;

Dear Diary, endless confusion has set in;
Unanswered questions leave me incomplete;
My undoing seeming inevitable, and it is time to begin;

Dear Diary, today I looked into her empty eyes;
I saw nothing, only dreams that have shattered;
I fear my fate is inevitable, and I like love will meet my demise;

Dear Diary, this is my last entry and last breath;
In the mirror a new love appeared, and I was flattered;
Flattered by the end of my suffering and the sweet taste of death.
