Dreams and Sleep

Dream Pillow and Dream Diary
To work actively with your subconsciousness it is important to remember your dreams - and your inner pictures have more to tell you than simply to repeat your day. You may have experienced it already: you remember a nice dream in the very moment you wake up, then you turn off your alarm clock, talk to your partner, and the dream is gone... but there's a method to catch it, a "dream trap"...
To make a dream pillow is a step towards working with your subconsciousness - my pillow has done a great job for me, and I'd like to show you how I made it:
Material:
* A piece of cloth (cotton or silk/wild silk) in a color of your choice (if you have problems to fall asleep, you may want to choose violet - pillows in this color also pacify restless babies).
* Scissors to cut the cloth, a sewing needle, thread
* Dried herbs for the filling - helpful for healthy sleep and pleasant dreams are e.g. mugwort (attracts good spirits), camomile (pacifies and colors dreams softly), rose petals (to love yourself and others, harmonizes the inner chords), lavender buds (for intense dreams), mullein (calls the spirits of the universe). You may also want to use herbs which are helpful against health problems, like thyme or sage against coughing, fumitory to soothe the skin etc.
Actual time needed:
* About one hour if you have all your herbs together already - if you want to collect them or have to buy them first, you will need more time, of course.
How to do it:
* Fold the cloth in the middle, and cut it into shape.
* Turn the cloth inside out, use needles to keep the sides together.
* Sew three sides, leave the fourth open.
* Mix and crush the herbs. If you use silk for your pillow, you have to crush the herbs thoroughly to avoid their poking through the silk.
* Fill the herbs into the pillow - attention: take care not to overfill it, try lying on as you work to feel when it is comfortable.
* Sew the last open side and shake the filling.
If you like, you may use textile colors to draw your personal symbols or nice patterns onto the pillow. You can also decorate it by stitching, there are no limitations how the pillow should look - it's your personal dream pillow, and thus as unique as you are!
The Dream Diary
The dream diary will help you to remember your dreams and work with them - put a notebook and a pen next to your bed. When you wake up, try to write down immediately all you can remember, BEFORE you talk to your partner or start to get up. You will be surprised how much your subconsciousness has to tell you.
The dream diary is an important key to yourself.

The Dream Control Method...
Learn to realize you are having an out of body experience through dream control!
First you will want to study my dream control methods on my Dream Recall page! Then when you have become successful with that part of dream control , you will be ready for this part...
You need to advance your dream techniques to where you realize that you are dreaming so that you can control the dream. Once you realize that you are dreaming you will find that you can control where you want to go and what you want to do. Now I am talking about when you have a dream that is in full blown color. Those type of dreams usually mean that your are actually out of body. You see when people go to sleep at night their astral bodies leave and float around the astral planes in a dreamy state or gathering energy. Sometimes you may be learning things from other higher beings and eventually it is released in your conscious state later on when these beings think the time is right. You just have to become conscious of all this. Remember dreams that are in black and white are usually just plain dreams. They can be controlled too but you are going to get the best results with the ones in full color. Here are your key pointers...
***Work with dreams that are in full blown color.
***You must learn to become conscious during the dream.
***Try to take control of the dream and go where you wish.
***When you have achieved control you will know you have had an OBE!
***Remember to keep a diary of every experience.
I will have more on the astral planes and how they work soon as time allows.
