They lied to Officer Marcotte about a cell phone being theirs around 2pm on Mon July 23,07. Instead of giving me back my cell phone and saying take it to court Officer Marcotte decided by HERSELF that it was Tim And Lou's and was trying to give it to them. I opted to destroy my phone and Officer Marcotte told me too. She witnessed me destroying my cell phone. Louella never tried to complain about destruction of private property because it wasn't her phone. Justice was seriously miscarried here.
