What is there to really say about me? Well my real name is Sam, but you can call me Keideki, or Kei-chan. I am 18 years old, and male as you can see by the pictures. Currently I am single, having just been through a series of relationships that ended badly for me on the most part. I currently attend Saguaro High School, but in a couple of months I graduate. Then off to SCC for me. My interests include anime (Well duh), reading (fantasy, murder mystery, theology), video games, web page design (Another duh), and tinkering with computers. When I was a kid, I watched old Robotech re-runs on the tube, I guess you could say thats when I started liking anime. Of course by the time I was older, I had more or less forgotten about it. When Toonami began to show Dragon Ball Z, I started to watch that. I even went as far as to collect most if not all of Dragon Ball Z on VHS, which is an impressive feat in itself. I still have it all in a box in my garage. After DBZ, I moved on to more sopistacated things like Gundam Wing and Cowboy Bebop. I got my first real taste of un-basterdized anime on Adult Swim. I was hooked. Every Saturday I stayed up to watch my favorite shows, Cowboy Bebop, Candidate For Goddess, Trigun, and Inuyasha.

After that, it just went on from there. I was not just happy watching in on Saturdays, I needed it on weekdays as well. As soon as I got my first job, I began my collection in ernest. I started with mostly mainstream stuff, reading reviews online and in magizines that I collected. Soon my collection grew from just a couple of DVDs and VHSs to over 95 DVDs (96 to be exact, not including 3 missing Chobits DVDs, 1 missing Maburaho DVD, and 1 broken Maburaho DVD). After that, I got into manga. Usually, I wont collect an manga and a series (with the same title) because I have a vision of the series and characters and I dont want it to be ruined. I do have a couple execptions, such as Bleach, Rahxephon, Tsubasa Chronicle, and Negima. Those however just have to do with my fixation. Usually when I find a new series that I like, I become fixated on it, resulting in me buying the series, manga, pins, posters, and all other related merchandise. The last couple of months I went from Rahxephon to Onegai Twins (Please Twins) to Elfen Lied to Air to my current fixation Mai Otome.

During the peak of my interest in anime, I attended two anime conventions, Anizona and Anime Expo. Also, I began to download anime off the internet. My views on fansubs are pretty positive, but you wont ever catch me downloading a licenced fansub. Even now, as I type, my computer is downloading anime. My favoritie kinds of anime are magical girl animes, and anything with a good love plot. Of course, that leads me to a lot of shojo, but I also like manga like Deathnote. I watch a varity of anime, and chances are, I have seen it. I am one of those people who can say they have been through alot. I wont sit here and say, oh my life is horrible, or my life was horrible and this and that and a whole bunch of other things happened to me, but I will say this, I been through alot. Alot of people ask me, what are you? Goth? Emo? Punk? Prep? Well, to answer that question, yes. I am not really someon you can classify. I wear all sorts of clothes and act differently everyday, so what am I? I am. Simply put. I am a huge fan of music and I listen to just about everything, even a smidgen of rap. My favoritve types are rock, alternative, jpop, jrock and classical.

Since the peak of my otakuness, I have been on a slight break. Its a combonation of burnout, and needing to finish off this last section of the school year. I not only acutally started to participate in school this year but I also decided to get out there and date more, which as I daid, has not been going all that well. I guess that pretty much wraps up a little bit about me. Well, not exatly a little bit, but quite alot more than I had intended.
