I have realized that I cannot update this site any longer because of Microsoft. Yes, they are to blame beacuse I need the msi.dll file and now that I have the correct version, I cannot replace it while Windows is running. I do not know how to over write the file during start-up especially on ME because it's so fucked up it's not funny. That is all.
