I am currently studying in ITE EAST (Bishan).  I am doing a Certificate in Business Studies (Secretarial) course in the institution.  I must honestly say that I am happy to be in studying in ITE.  Here are some reasons to support my statement:

• I enjoy doing most of my modules

• I made many friends

• Some teachers make learning enjoyable

• I am actively involve in my co-curricular activity - Students' Council

 When it comes to co-curricular activities (CCA), I think that there was a point in time,  I was so enthusiastic that I did not realized how much I had to commit to.  I joined the Guitar Club and Track & Field (Cross-country), while I was already in the Students' Council. 

I have always been interested in sports so I joined Track & Field.  I enjoyed every training sessions though sometimes, they were tough.  Unfortunately, I had to quit after a year as I felt that I had to place more commitment to the Students' Council.  It was difficult for me, as I had wished to stay on the team. 

The Students' Council - where I placed my utmost commitment.  I was assigned the position of the General Secretary in the Executive Committee of the Council and therefore, have much responsibilities to the students, teachers and to myself.  Though, not as prominent as the President and Vice-president of the Council, I am happy contributing in anyway that I can.  I cherish memories of tears and joy shared with the councillors I work and worked with.
