Shaking the thoughts from his head Joey placed the wallet in his pocket and headed down the hallway.

"Took you long enough" said Lance smiling as he entered.

"Can we just go" said Joey irritated.

"Fine. So are you gonna tell me what's eating you" said Lance.

"Who said anything was eating me" said Joey.

"I've known you long enough" said Lance.

"Am I not allowed to have a bad day. You know it's not easy being me, having everyone in your face 24 hours a day. Sometimes I just need to be away from everyone" said Joey.

"Ah, so your tired of seeing my ugly mug" said Lance smiling.

"Yeah, I'm tired of your ugly mug, among other things" replied Joey.

"At least your mug is uglier than mine" said Lance as he took off down the back corridor.

"Your gonna get it for that one" said Joey attempting to catch up with him.

"Slowly sticking his head out the door Lance's eyes scanned the parking lot for suspicious activity. Looks like the coast is clear" said Lance turning to Joey.

"Not for you it isn't, you liitle rat" said Lance.

"Rats smell, I do not smell, therefore I am not a rat. Now would you come on before someone spots us" said Lance.

Hurridely making their way to the car Joey climbed in after Lance.

"Ok where you guys headed" said James.

"How about (insert club name here), didn't we go there last time we were here" said Joey.

"How am I supposed to remember" replied Lance.

"Just go to (insert club name)" said Joey. Leaning back in his seat Lance closed his eyes as a strange silence filled the air. "Your too quiet" said Lance.

"Do you think people choose to be gay or are they born gay" said Joey.

"I don't know, I don't really think people choose to be gay. I didn't choose, I just knew that I was attracted to men, that I was gay. You know, like you know your straight. Hey ave you heard from Kelly lately?" asked Lance.

"No" replied Joey.

"You know I figured the two of you would get back together" said Lance.

"Why?" asked Joey.

"You just seemed to be happy" said Lance.

"Looks can be deceiving" said Joey.

"You know you should ask Merideth out" said Lance.

"Merideth, we're just friends" said Joey.

"Hey look at Justin and Britney, they we're just friends, you never know" said Lance.

"She's not my type" said Joey hoping to end the converstaion.

"Not your type, since when has a woman not been your type. Come on, what was it last week, the tall blonde sneaking out of your hotel room. And the week before the redhead you picked up at the club" said Lance.

"Do we have to talk about my love life" said Joey irritated.

"Why not, it's better than mine, at least your getting some" said Lance slightly frowning.

"If only Lance knew." Joey thought as he began to wonder if going out had been such a good idea. Maybe he should have just stayed at the hotel.

"Guy's we're here. You two stay put while I square things away.

"Come on, lets go in" said Lance.

"Are you crazy. If we step one foot out that door without a bodyguard, we're dead" said Joey.

"Come on, where's your sense of adventure. What happened to the old Joey" said Lance.

"I'm telling you, we'll be dead" said Joey.

"Fine, you can wait for James, I'm going in" said Lance.

"Sometimes I have to wonder where that boys head is" Joey thought to himself.
