	George Clooney took on the role in 1997's “Batman & Robin” a film by Joel Schumacher where Batman & Robin try to keep their relationship together as they try to stop Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy from freezing Gotham City. 	Christian Bale jumped into the batsuit for Dirtector Christopher Nolan in 2005's “Batman Begins” and returns to the batcave in the 2008 film "The Dark Knight" also Directed by Nolan Known for his roles in movies such as: American Psycho , Reign of Fire, Equilibrium, The New World and The Prestige
