Bellbird Grove is a small park/picnic area which is part of the Brisbane Forest. It has a small walking trail and has information about the original inhabitants of this area....the Turrball people. It's a rather rocky area with small streams and lots of bushland (as you can see). Part of the walking track shows a reproduction of a Turrball living area. Above is a picture of a lean-to, a small shelter made of trees and strips of bark.
The amount of lantana at this place is just crazy....check out how many flowers there are! WOW! The butterflies are continually drunk at this place!
