Tamsin is from San Diego.
She's visited San Francisco before -- once, in 1946, and she stayed about a year.
Tamsin's an active member of the Carthian Movement, and doesn't care who knows it.
She likes to debate. Anybody. Anytime. About anything.
Tamsin's sire was in San Francisco a few years ago.

Common Knowledge:

Isabella di Angelo served as ghoul to the Invictus Angel Victor Wu, providing him with her wealth of knowledge, both trivial and other.
As a personal data assistant, her primary areas of expertise were art history and the antiquarian book trade.
It therefore comes as something of a surprise to see her resurface in San Francisco hunting the Brood with Cody Lee DuChamp.
During the chaos of the mid-80s, he swept her away from Wu for reasons unknown and spirited her off to Los Angeles.
Is it the Brood-hunt that brings them back to SF or something more?

Vasili is a Hound for the "Director" (Prince) of Seattle.
Vasili is a tax attourney, and pretty good at it.

Common Knowledge:

Belle claims to have been in San Francisco from 1880 to 1933.
Belle came to San Francisco in March 2006 with Renato Cortez to fight the brood. She seems very loyal to Cortez.
Belle is visibly Nosferatu, with three disturbingly long fingers on each hand, covered by black gloves.
Belle always covers her eyes with a veil or sunglasses.
Belle typically wears all black with a very peculiar looking helmet.

Common Knowledge:

Cortez came to San Francisco in the late 19th century to help Francesca Juarez take Praxis.
He became her Seneschal in 1945.
In 1985 he declared the Carthian Movement in San Francisco "a failure" and left the covenant, continuing his Requiem as one of the Unbound.
He was one of a handful of Kindred to escape the city last year after a failed attempt to bring the insane Prince Juarez under control.
In March of this year he returned with a group of volunteers who destroyed a nest of Belial's Brood, and then claimed Praxis as the new Prince of San Francisco.

Sarah Winchester is famous for her house in San Jose.

She is a known recluse and rarely ever leaves her home. She sends her ghoul Mary to court as her representative.
Sarah always hides her face behind veils. No one has seen her face in over 100 years.
No one shows up at Winchester House uninvited. Those who do and survive the experience vow never to return.

Mary is the childe of Sarah Winchester who had served her since she came to the area.

Mary's sense of fashion is slightly archaic, yet elegant.
Mary is fluent in English, Chinese, and Latin.

Cortland Steel Fabricators is a mega-corporation based out of VA that Constance is synonymous with. Those that carry the name Cortland are much like American Royalty.
She seems to be respected amongst her Covenant but it is not clear as to the source of this respect.
Constance was last seen 10 years ago in Denver. After the public assassination of her sire, the long standing Prince Mary Josephine, Constance dissapeared until now and was believed dead.
She moves easily in many social circles despite her staunch Roman Catholic beliefs.
Constance is a hobby botanist and has interests in natural sciences.

Azrael is a Catholic extremist.
