Crocker-Amazon
This area is slightly more affluent than it's neighboring Excelsior neighborhood, however, it maintains the same ethnic diversity with the exception of a large Filipino community. Highly residential it is named for the Crocker-Amazon Playground.
John McLaren Park
The second largest park in San Francisco, this one is a natural park. Rising from 275 to 520 feet it's 7 miles of hiking trails offer lovely views of San Francisco. It has a large picnic area and several private ones. The feature of the park is the Jerry Garcia Amphitheater.
Visitacion Valley
A nice residential area this neighborhood supports a largely Asian population (mainly Vietnamese).
