Angel[up to season 2]
There seems to be a demon in every corner of the City of Angels. They lurk in the dark alleys and hold court in corporate boardrooms, lpotting the downfall of humanity. High-powered lawyers and other morally bankrupt indivduals make deals with these devils, selling thier souls for money, power and protection. One firm in particular, Wolfram &h; Heart specializes in protecting thier evil ebnifactors and carrying out thier dirty deeds, whether that means ordering the murders of children, witness tampering, or making evidence vanish without a trace. Standing as the last line of defense against these forces of darkness is Angel. Arriving in L.A. from Sunnydale only a year ago, the vampire with a soul has vowed to help the hopeless as a way for atoning for his past sins. Ancient prophecies tell of Angel's arrival to balance the scales in the war between good and evil, and if he can survive the Good Fight, not only will he save the world from the Apocalypse, but his own humanity will be resotred.

Angel in its first season was extreamly good and I espcially liked the character Doyle. All though Joss and David G. are still infuisng the show with the same principles they do with Buffy. I am still a fan of Season one and up to Season 3. I loved the direction they were going with it but I've gotten lost in it lately. I just don't have the same enthusam that I did with the first few seasons. For more info please see the following links:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer[up to season 4]
The blood suckers just keep on coming. It doesn't matter how many master vampires, ascending demons or abusive little leauge coaches Buffy Summers slams for thier evil deeds, there's always another evil doer waiting in the wings. And despite this supreme badness going on in the world around her, she still tries to block it out for a while to carve out a little piece of life she can call her own. A life where she can experiance this thing called fun- goofing off with friends, dating, going to the mall to look for a prom dress instead of toblast an indestructable demon to smithereens with a rocket launcher. You know girlie stuff. Hers is not a perfect life by any means, but she has good friends and an amazing, through, Buffy has hope for a better day, and that also keeps her going. Just like the rest of us. Maybe her life isn't so strange after all.

I am still a rabid Buffy fan, but it seems that I stop with the end of Season 4. I still like the fact that Buffy is still going stong and has been brought back from the dead, despite all the network changes and so forth. I followed closely and was proud to say that I had not missed more than a handfull of episodes in the 1st four seasons that I watched in anticpation. Again lately I have lost my enthusasm for the last few seasons 5,6, & upcoming 7. Granted Buffy's back from the dead and that takes a lot out of her. I'll admit that I'm a huge Spike fan and yes he has been featured as a regular of the Scoobies, but still the show has lost something. I'm just not so sure what the show has lost, yet, maybe Marti Noxon's talented wit? Althought I still remain a fan, I'm just not a huge fan that I used to be.

Highlander[up to season 5 epi:Archangel]
He is Immortal, born years ago. He is not alone. There are others like him, some good, some evil. For centuries he has battled the forces of darkness, with Holy Ground his only refuge. He cannot die, unless you take his head and with it, his power. In the end there can be only one. He is Duncan MacLeod, the Highlander.

Okay, I'm not the biggest Highlander fan on the net, you got me. No i didn't watch every week as the new episodes came out, I got into it after the fact. I love writing in the universe...alot. The world is heavily featured here in the Chronicles and my writing, other content is focused on other shows mostly. I still love the fact that up untill the six season I had both my favorite guys, Methos[a.k.a. Adam Pierson] and Richie Ryan. Then htey had to kill of Richie... that did it. I do like the show and I did get into The Raven when it hit SCIFI channel, I'm just not down with season 6.

Witchblade [up to season 2?]
For thousands of years it has existed. An intelligent, symbiotic weapon of incredible power. A living gauntlet that becomes one with its wearer. The Witchblade. Only women of unmatched strength of mind, body and will have ever successfully worn the Witchblade. Its legacy has created a warrior bloodline back through time and forward into the future. Joan of Arc wielded the blade as did other great warrior women throughout the ages. But to wear the Witchblade is to be both its master and its servant as this mysterious weapon draws to it what it needs and casts aside what it does not. Stirring to life at times of crisis -- during wars, famines, and pestilence -- the Witchblade has been used to cut a swath of blood and viscera through the ranks of previously insurmountable evil. For decades it has lain dormant, but now in the early days of the 21st century, the Witchblade has chosen a new bearer of its power.... and its curse.

Okay this is where I think all my rabidness went, from Buffy to Witchblade. I was not a big fan of the comic. I got sucked into the show rather quickly...might have something to do with Eric, David, and Will...I don't know, judge for yourself. The possablities that Season 1 of this show offered was mind boggling. By the end of the season finally all the main chracters were dead and in a move that I would more expect to see on Buffy, the blade itself set time back to just after Sarah discovers it. Buffy fans who miss the sexual tension between Buffy and Angel...and for my fellow Immortal lovers, who miss the sword play...need to check this show out, its the best of both worlds.
