“I know Seiya is a bad guy and all but do you think he would do that?”
“Think about it, he showed up the minute we split, and god look at everything he has done to you, god knows what he could do”
“So what are we going to do about this”
“I think that we should go to the cops Serena”
“Dare, I cant deal with all this stress im 7 months pregnant and I cant deal with this”
“Where going to cops. If they don’t believe us we have your bruises to prove it”
I just nodded. I wanted it all to end. Now that I knew Darien still loved me and I loved him I just wanted things to be normal. Darien drove us to the station and we told them everything, the office wrote a report and looked at my bruises. He filed a lot of paper work and then started to talk with us.
“Well, with all this we can arrest him but you guys will have to goto court eventually”
“Wed be willing” Darien spoke.
After that Darien and me went back to his apartment and I went straight to bed. Now it had been 1 month since we reported him. As far as I know he was sent to prison and was to stay there for that month and now we where asked to go to the court with our statement. Today was the day I got ready and was about to head out the door with Darien.
“Baby, I know this is going to be hard, but I know you can do this, your strong and ill be with you the whole time , I love you”

When we arrived we where asked to sit and the judge started it. The guards brought Seiya in and sat him down and then it began.
“We are all here today about the case of Seiya Kou, now I ask Miss. Taylor to come up to the stand”
I got up and walked towards the stands, the guard made me do the whole you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth bit and I did and I sat down as Seiya’s attorney began to question me.
“So Miss. Taylor if I am correct, you and Seiya where dating?”
“Yea”
“So you say he raped you, if you where dating are you sure you didn’t change your mind afterwards”
“Positive”
“Would you like to tell me what happened”
“Alright, Seiya had forced me to live with him so I was at the time and one day and Seiya came home early and said he wanted to spend time with me. He took me to his room and started to make out with him and then that’s when he started to undo my shirt and I told him to stop but he wouldn’t,” She stopped and a single tear flew from her eye “ I begged him to stop and I tried to push him off and he wouldn’t he raped me”

Taylor that might be your side but I assure you that he did no such
thing.
You also state that he abused you?”
“Yea”
“You’re your own person if Seiya was doing what you say he was, then why didn’t you leave?”
“I was scared”

I began to sob; he hurt me he really did.
“Okay Mr. cruise, that enough. Now Mr.kou would you come to the stand” the judge
Interrupted.
Me and seiya switched places as my attorney took over and started to question him.
“So Seiya is it? Why don’t you give me all the details”
“ Well, me and Serena dated for a while and when I took her to the bedroom , she told me to stop and I did then she said to continue and I did and then after it she started screaming how I raped her and she began to hit herself saying that she would get me back”
“I see, I can’t see a young girl doing that to herself”
“Well than you must be a stupid man”
“that’s enough, now the jury will decide”
About 15 minutes later, the jurry made their decision. The judge took the envelope and began to look over it.
“ The verdict is, mr.kou will spend a total of 16 years in prison and the chance of parole in 10 years”
And that was it. Seiya was gone and I felt something come back to me. Something I missed. It was happiness
