The Trials of Love and War

Prince Uranus arrived at Mercury. "The key to this castle is gone. It appears the sailor senshi are still alive," said Prince Uranus.

"I didn't think you could kill them so easily. I'll find them," said Sailor Nemesis, flying off in the darkness of space.

Sailor Earth, Star, Kurozuki, Tsukineko and Virago entered Venus' atmosphere. "Where exactly is this castle?" asked Sailor Tsukineko.

"I don't know, we'll just have to look for it," replied Sailor Virago.

"Is this some sort of building?" asked Sailor Earth.

"What would a building be doing floating up here above the planet?" asked Sailor Star.

The castle was floating atop some thick clouds. Sailor Virago opened up the doors to the castle. "Hold on a minute. This castle probably has a few safeguards in it to prevent people from getting its key. Just like Marina castle. Let me read what it says on the pillars over here," said Sailor Kurozuki.

The inscription read, "This is the holy Magellan castle which floats over the land of Aphrodite. Only lovers may safely enter. All others will meet immediate death."

"Only lovers? What are we going to do now?" asked Sailor Tsukineko.

"Wait a minute..you guys are a couple. You will have to go in and get the key while the rest of us wait out here," said Sailor Kurozuki, pointing to Sailor Earth and Star.

Sailor Star and Earth were hesitant about going in. They slowly entered the castle. They were standing in the entrance, unharmed.

"We'll find the key as soon as we can," said Sailor Earth. The others wished them good luck.

They checked Phobos and Deimos, but nothing was there. All they found was a giant statue of a black crow on each of the moons. "I'd say we're at a loss here," said Sailor Celis.

"Great, now what do we do?" asked Sailor Juno, leaning up against the crow statue on Phobos.

"Maybe we can sleep while Chibi Usa and Drana figure it out," said Sailor Palus.

The rest of the Sailor Quartet rested against the crow statue. Their combined weight was enough to cause the statue to turn 180 degrees.

"What the hell?" said Sailor Juno.

"It looks like its facing the other moon," noticed Sailor Chibimoon.

They went to Deimos and did the same thing. The two statues were now facing each other. The Phobos-Deimos castle appeared between the two moons, where the statues' line of sight met.

Words written on the doors read, "Only those who have courage should enter the temple of war. Face the warrior within."

"I guess the key of Mars is being guarded," commented Sailor Celis.

The interior walls, floor and ceiling of the castle were a fiery red. There were phallic objects protruding from the walls.

"Are those what I think they are?" asked Sailor Celis.

"Let's just find this key and get out of here," said Sailor Chibimoon.

They could hear a door opening. "That doesn't sound good," commented Sailor Palus.

"I'd say that went well," said Sailor Celis.

"I hope the others are ok," said Sailor Chibimoon.
