Act XV
Election Day, Battle at City Hall

“Okay, let’s head back for home,” said Sailor Uranus. Sailor Moon used her morph pen on everyone so that they would be disguised and nobody
would be able to recognize them. They took the ride back to Tokyo.

“The election results will be in later today. I know you will win milady,”
said the figure in the red robe. “Yes; and if the sailor senshi show up,
we’ll know,” said Sailor Sun.

The sailor senshi arrived in town and were in their disguises. They each
had a different, non-descript disguise. “I want to go home and see how Mamo-chan is doing,” said Usagi. “That’s a good idea; I think we should
all see how our families are doing. It has been a few days,” said Minako.
The inner senshi left to go see their families. “It looks like it’s just us,”
said Haruka. Michiru, Setsuna, Hotaru, Kousagi, Chibiusa, Kiusako and
Anna were walking the streets together. “With these disguises, we should be able to get a good surprise attack on Sailor Sun. We should go now before it’s too late,” said Haruka. “Shouldn’t we wait for the others first?” asked Chibiusa. “There’s not much time left. The sooner the better,” said Setsuna. “And besides, we don’t want the inner senshi to get involved. They’ve got families that depend on them,” said Michiru. “You two should leave. Your mother will be worried sick,” said Haruka looking at Chibiusa
and Kousagi. “No way! Your lives are just as important as ours. We want
to help,” said Chibiusa. “Okay; fine then. Something that will change all
of our lives will soon happen. I don’t feel there’s anyway we can prevent
it either,” said Haruka. “The new era is fast approaching,” said Setsuna. “Okay, let’s go now then,” said Hotaru as they headed for city hall, where the new mayor was soon to be announced later in the day.

The figure in the red robe and hood was searching for the sailor senshi on Sailor Sun’s orders, but didn’t see them anywhere since they were still in their morph pen disguises. Rei arrived at the Hikawa Shrine. She turned
back into her normal self. She saw Yuichirou at the shrine. “Yuichirou!
What are you doing here? Have you finished with your mourning?” asked
Rei. “I’ve been thinking a lot lately. I have got back into playing my guitar again. I want to play again. I miss it. It is one of the few things I’m good at,” said Yuichirou. “Oh, ok. If that is what you really want to do now.
Just know that you always have a place here,” said Rei. “Thanks, but I
need to get moving on in life. I’m almost thirty and not married. I did
think at one point that we might…” “Don’t even go there. It’s in the past.
I’m happily married now,” said Rei, interrupting Yuichirou. “I know. I still sometimes wish things would’ve turned out differently though,” said Yuichirou leaving. Rei and the others met with their families and visited them for a while.

“Okay, this is it,” said Uranus as she and the others entered the city hall building. They entered the building and took a few steps in. A magic
dispel device surrounded them and their disguises were gone. They
looked like their normal selves again. “What the hell was that?” asked Kiusako. “Some sort of device which dispelled our morph pen disguises,”
said Setsuna.

“That’s right! We thought you might come here and attack Sailor Sun, so
we took the necessary provisions. We even anticipated the morphing pen trick,” said a politician, standing in front of them. “That’s very clever, but you will now die!” said Uranus. “Are you sure you can beat all of us?” said the politician laughing. Many lawyers and politicians appeared before
them and formed a wall so that they could proceed no further. “Damn!
A lot of undead accumulated into one place,” said Michiru. All of the sailor senshi transformed.

“World Shaking.” “Deep Submerge.” “Dead Scream.” “Penta Star Rays.”
“Gaia Rache.” “Mochi rabbit love attack.” “Interstellar Moon Power.” Their attacks destroyed many of the lawyers and politicians. But the ones that were left grew more limbs and got bigger and filled the gaps in the wall
of undead filth. “We have been given the power of regeneration. You will never get through,” said one of the lawyers as the remaining politicians
and lawyers continued laughing maniacally. “Damn! They’re stronger than
I thought,” said Haruka as the others were surprised as well. The wall of undead evil grew more and began to surround the sailor senshi. “If they keep this up, we will be consumed by them,” said Sailor Pluto. Kousagi
was getting very scared and panicking. “Get away from us you ugly, evil things,” said Sailor Parallel Moon. “Submarine Reflection,” said Sailor Neptune. The attack didn’t work like it did last time. “There must be some sort of protection spell cast on them. That attack should’ve gotten rid of them,” said Sailor Neptune.

They began closing in even more. Kousagi started crying as the evil
undead continued with their evil laughter. The ginzuishou from the future flew out of Chibiusa’s brooch. The light from the ginzuishou shined dimly, but it was enough light to burn through the soulless undead. The wall of undead evil was destroyed as their soulless, undead bodies melted away into nothing and vanished; the ginzuishou of the future returned to Sailor Chibimoon’s brooch. “I hope we never have to come across those
disgusting undead again,” said Sailor Saturn. “She must be here somewhere,” said Sailor Star. They continued looking around the building
for Sailor Sun. “There’s still time. It’s one more hour until the voting is done,” said Sailor Uranus. There was nothing on the first couple of floors. “There’s nowhere to go but up those last set of stairs,” said Sailor Star.
They walked up the stairs and opened the door.

Sailor Sun was on the phone with Pendrell. “The sailor senshi are here.
Are you sure my assistant can handle them?” asked Sailor Sun. “Out of all of the fanfics we have come across, she is the strongest creature we have pulled out of one so far,” said Pendrell. “I hope you are right. I will send
her off to fight them then,” said Sailor Sun, hanging up her phone.

The sailor senshi arrived on the top floor of the building. It was quiet. Someone walked around the corner. She was wearing a red business
dress and a red hat. “Who are you?” asked Sailor Uranus. “I am Heather King. I am the assistant administrator of this place. May I help you?” “Enough games,” said Sailor Earth. “Gaia Rache.” He surprise attacked Heather King. She flew back and slammed against the wall. “Who are you really?” asked Sailor Neptune. “My, you all aren’t as stupid as I thought,” said Heather King, picking herself up. She transformed into her true self.
She was wearing red robes and a red hood. “I am the personal assistant
of Sailor Sun. If you want to see her, you’ll have to get through me first,” said Piuma Femmina. (her real name.) Everything on the first floor disappeared and there was a large empty room in which to fight.

Sailor Uranus, Pluto, and Saturn jumped towards her with their space
sword, staff and glaive. Piuma Femmina held out her hands and the three sailor senshi were suspended in the air momentarily. She threw the three against the wall with her powers. “Anyone else want to try?” said Piuma Femmina laughing. Piuma Femmina’s hands turned black and stretched
out and grabbed Sailor Neptune and Sailor Star. “I’ll choke the life out of
you both,” said Piuma Femmina.

“Damn you bitch!” said Sailor Earth. His transformation pen turned into a long and sharp blade. “Earth Slasher,” the long Earth blade sliced through her black and evil arms. Piuma Femmina’s hands turned back to their
normal selves. She was getting ready to attack again. “Space Sword
Blaster,” said Sailor Uranus. Her space sword blasted through the red
robes of Piuma Femmina. Her robes were torn off and she was naked.
Some black robes and hood covered her up soon afterwards.

“You don’t have enough power to kill me. You won’t win,” said Piuma Femmina. “Static Blue,” said Piuma Femmina. She shot out blue static electricity lightning bolts. The static electricity attack shocked the sailor senshi, and could psychokinetically pick them up and throw them around
the room as well. She got the senshi all together in one corner of the
room and continued shocking them with static electricity. “It isn’t a strong attack, but if she keeps this up, we will eventually die,” said Sailor Pluto. The sailor senshi were still being attacked and had a hard time getting up and fighting back with the constant stream of static electricity flowing straight at them.

Sailor Saturn mustered up enough strength and got up. “What?
Impossible! How can you stand up?” said Piuma Femmina, shocked. Sailor Saturn held her silence glaive in front of herself. The silence glaive
blocked the static electricity bolts and protected the rest of the sailor senshi. Piuma Femmina continued shooting out blue, static electricity
bolts from her hands. The silence glaive began reflecting the static electricity attack back at Piuma Femmina. Piuma Femmina wasn’t hurt
much at first and continued attacking Sailor Saturn. Sailor Saturn used the silence glaive to continue directing Piuma Femmina’s attack back at
herself. Piuma Femmina’s robes began to melt to her body and her skin
was getting scarred. “I can’t stand this anymore,” said Piuma Femmina as she stopped attacking and slumped down and fell to the ground, sizzling.

“Where is Sailor Sun? Tell us now,” said Sailor Star. The election was over and the votes were in and had been counted. “It seems that our new
mayor is Soleil Lunere,” said a man shouting out with a megaphone. It
was on the news everywhere. “No! It can’t be,” said Sailor Uranus. “We
have failed. She has won the election,” said Sailor Parallel Moon. “No we haven’t. We can still find her and take her out,” said Sailor Uranus. “Let’s
go and look for her then,” said Chibimoon. Piuma Femmina got up and her face was very scarred and ugly. Her hair was melted to her scalp. “I won’t
let you get to Sailor Sun.” “You’re not dead yet?” said Sailor Earth,
surprised. Piuma Femmina began jumping around the room and dodging
the sailor senshi’s attacks. “We don’t have time for this.” “Chronos Typhoon,” said Sailor Pluto. A powerful typhoon hit Piuma Femmina. The typhoon aged her and she got older. She was thrown against the room by the powerful typhoon and fell to the ground.

Piuma Femmina got up after a short while and started laughing. “You
can’t beat me! I am Sailor Sun’s personal protector.” The sailor senshi
were shocked that she still had the energy to get up. The sailor senshi
were worn out and didn’t have much strength left. Her hands combined
and turned into a red, glowing saber. She began swinging her sword at
the sailor senshi. Sailor Uranus jumped towards her and had a sword fight with her with the space sword. They had a good battle, but after a little while, Piuma Femmina knocked the space sword from Sailor Uranus’
hands. “Damn! She’s good,” said Sailor Uranus. “Who’s next?” said Piuma Femmina laughing.

Sailor Pluto began fighting her with her long staff which held the garnet
orb. Piuma Femmina after a while knocked the staff out of Pluto’s hands.
She was about to strike Pluto with her red, glowing saber, but Sailor
Saturn stopped her with her silence glaive. Sailor Saturn began to fight
her with the silence glaive. Sailor Saturn was doing pretty good; Piuma Femmina was getting worried. Sailor Saturn was about to strike her down with her silence glaive, but Piuma Femmina disappeared and reappeared behind her. She stabbed Sailor Saturn with her red glowing saber.

“Sailor Saturn!” yelled Sailor Uranus and the others. Sailor Saturn fell to
her knees and grabbed her wound. Luckily, the wound wasn’t very deep at all. “Don’t worry about me, I heal fast,” said Sailor Saturn, putting her
hand over her wound as it healed quickly. “Damn it! This is it! You are all dead now,” said Piuma Femmina. Her red, glowing saber glowed
immensely with evil power. “Mars Fire Snake,” a great fire in the shape of
a giant snake engulfed Piuma Femmina. She was burned badly and fell
face first on the ground. “Next time, wait up for us,” said Sailor Mars.
“Glad to see you guys,” said Chibimoon. The body of Piuma Femmina disappeared as it was lying on the ground.

Piuma Femmina appeared on a rooftop of a nearby building and crawled towards Sailor Sun. “Help me. The sailor senshi are coming.” “What? You have failed to dispose of them? Look at yourself! You’re pathetic,” said Sailor Sun. Sailor Sun grabbed Piuma Femmina by the neck and threw her
off of the roof. Piuma Femmina screamed as she fell seventy feet to her death.

“We heard on the news that Sailor Sun has won the election,” said Sailor Jupiter. “Yes, but all is not lost. If we can find her, we’ll take her out,”
said Sailor Uranus. “Then find her we will,” said Sailor Venus.
